My first P-waves!

So for context: I’ve lurked a while but decided to make my first post after my first major breakthrough. I owned the helix trident until I lost it on a trip recently like a fool. I never had a great experience with it. Minor sensations, comfort, but nothing crazy. This is entirely due to user error and a poor fit regarding what I need.

Which brings us to Monday. I ordered a progasm and peridise to replace my lost model and was excited to try them out. I warmed up with the peridise by using it manually (just rubbing it on the prostate, not the right way to use it but sue me). This was the first thing that really helped me level up, I wanted a better warm up and I got one. It was easy and felt great.

Then came the progasm. I opted for a YouTube link that hotel guy used for binaural beats, slipped it in, and tried to clear my mind. My plan is usually to do nothing for a while, then start manually operating it with my pc muscles if I feel like it. The do nothing portion was not like my helix sessions at all! Usually, my butt clenches involuntarily and randomly at the beginning of the session. The progasm was so snug that I had more control over what happened, thus no involuntary squeezes. I also felt less sensation at the beginning, which was weird. I felt it helpful to have this new found control because I could also squeeze with more intention.

Once I determined I could squeeze with better precision and control I decided to try it. I found it easier to begin and hold the muscle imbalance, so I worked with it for a few minutes. This is where the breakthrough comes. With less time and thought spent holding my imbalance, I was able to better visualize what the aneros was actually doing to my prostate. I thought, “what is that tapping doing to my prostate right now?” And it STARTED.

Now please note, I got the muscle imbalance/ involuntarily plenty of times, nothing physically changed for this session (aside from a new aneros). What changed was my mentality. It’s not just meditative calmness you need, it is mindful and decisive visualization of the action you are taking.

Guys, it felt so fucking good. Every tap brought its own pleasurable wave that was quickly felt by my whole body. It isn’t comparable. I didn’t even fully understand what happened until it was done. It was mind opening and I can’t believe I’m capable of feeling what I felt. I’ve used fingers, plugs, been pegged, nothing compares.

If you, reader, have yet to experience it, I feel that my learned lessons could help you.

1. Make sure that your session is done with a clear mind. A bit of weed, a nice foreplay session of whatever makes you horny, some prostate foreplay, whatever you need. One thing that really helped me was nipple play with my progasm. I’m not typically a fan but it really helped me progress.

2. Control. Feeling in control isn’t something I can help you with, it’s all practice and device. Best of luck finding what works for you. For me, the size and slick of the progasm changed the game. BTW, I am straight so I don’t want anybody thinking it’s only for people who can field something larger. It fit very well. Someone on here said it’s like finishing a nail with a sledgehammer though, and I agree. It can be a bit much so proceed with caution.

3. Most importantly, visualization! I would have gotten here sooner if I had better visualized my prostate, my hole, my aneros, all of it. The focus isn’t your dick or your constricted muscles or your surroundings. If you can’t mindfully visualize and concentrate, it will be hard to get P-waves imo. Once I thought about that connection between the tip of my aneros and my prostate, it was like Truman breaking the wall.

    Interesting that your nips are also activated now! It’s a good thing. I’m the same and would not have it any other way. Really helps me build the pwaves!

  2. This reminds me of my own experience—visualizing where the prostate was and how the aneros was touching or dragging over it really helped me. Sounds like you’re on the right track!

    French guy here, so please apologize if you don’t understand some of my expressions 🙂

    I’m into prostate stimulation since two years, may be three. Married, 2 children, so I don’t get too many moments to be alone and to have aneros sessions.

    Congrats to the original poster for his first p-waves, I remember my first too, that was great !

    Since I haven’t been far than the p-waves too, maybe I could find some help here.

    So I feel the waves, pleasure waves through my body, I don’t think they are orgasms but I feel like my body is floating, completely disconnected from me. I kinda “see myself” floating in peasure if I have to describe that.

    The problem is when pleasure is climbing, my hole contracts itslelf and I can’t loosen him enough, so it remains contracted and the pleasure begins to fade…

    Are there any piece of advice ?

    I’ll try visualisation next time, maybe that could help me focus on something else that my pulsating anus…
