  1. Go with it. Let it happen. Just observe. Dont try and ‘drive’ it.
    So long as there is not pain.

  2. That means you’re on the right track, those contractions are the beginning of the good stuff.

    When they start, there’s an instinctive urge to try to “grab on” to the feeling, but that’s exactly what you shouldn’t do. Try to stay relaxed (or relax even more), and “fall into” the feeling and just let the contractions build. As you soon as you try to take control, they’ll fizzle out (at least, that’s what happens to me).

  3. Let your body guide you to what feels good. If your body wants to breathe in short bursts, then so be it!
