How to get past this phase?

So in my aneros sessions nowadays, my abs and body start involuntarily convulsing and contracting.

I read somewhere to relax your body when this happens.

Im trying to embrace them and let them happen but I end up becoming tenser and tenser. I tried breathing deeper but it doesnt help because tense abs make it really hard to breathe deeply to relax

Does anybody have any tips to relax fully when my body is involuntarily spasming like this?

When you get there, close your eyes, clear your mind as much as you can — yes, mind meditation is basically 80% of the super O secret — try to relax as much as possible and lightly separate your legs in a way there’s no pressure in your cheeks. Gently touch your nipples and forget about achieving the super O, or putting that pressure on your mind. This should help

  2. Same suggestion. Personally, I do deep breathing (in slowly, hold, and release slowly about 3 seconds each) while repeating, “relax” in my mind.

    My other recommendation is to try hypnosis, specifically going into trance. Each person is different. Instead of thinking, “relax” you could try counting down from 100. The trick with counting is to not worry about losing count and simply starting over if you do. It’s only there to distract your consciousness.

    I will say that even when I do this, I still still tend to be tense, but it’s not completely contracting with all my might. I usually do cycle from contracting to relaxing over and over. I actually enjoy the sensations the same way I enjoy edging from close to the edge to flaccid and back again. That might be your problem. You’re focusing on relaxing or getting to the new phase too much instead of enjoying the moment.

    My only other suggestion is to use a relaxant such as alcohol, weed, or poppers as long as you are comfortable with it. Weed really is great but isn’t legal in most states or countries. Alcohol can be good but you don’t want to overdo it. Poppers are good because tire relaxation is immediate, but they aren’t the safest to use since they are not regulated.

  3. Does your abs feel good when it contracts ? It does for me. You might want to embrace it. Did your source say why to relax your abdomen?

  4. Another thing I do is just look at the celing. It’ll go in and out of focus like you’re kissing someone… But just look ahead at it and when it starts to blur or, even better yet, black… Enjoy.

  5. You ask too many questions! Why are you afraid to explore yourself with yourself, sans any outside input from other people? Stop spinning your wheels in the mud.
