    For voluntary contractions, the less is the best for me.

  2. I think it depends on the person and what technique you are using. I recommend trying “the big squeeze,” “the eternal wave,” and “the secret muscle” from mindgasm.net to get some ideas (note, The Secret Muscle is normally patreon only but is currently free for NNN.)

    These are by no means exclusive techniques. I’ve had pleasurable feelings just by slightly holding my sphincter and lightly doing rapid squeezes with my PC muscle.

  3. I find that relaxing and letting the involuntaries start on their own. To start them, I just slightly contract for a bit and then let go.
