I had an interresting experience. I don’t do drugs but tried relaxing myself by drinking some beers, and see if I got any closer somewhere down the road. However I found myself repeadingly adding more lube. I used waterbased lube so suddenly my penny dropped… alcohol dries out…and, fluid gets sucked in semipermeably into our blood through our large intestines. And thats why I dried out so fast. So alcohol is a no go with waterbased lubricants. Anybody else had that same experience?

How often for sessions
Hi everyone, i recently posted about a breakthrough and having a P-Wave. It was amazing and i tried the next night to reach it again but i was not able to. I honestly felt like my muscles were too weak/sore to continue. I wasnt in pain or anything, but there were a few times that i felt myself getting further but i physically struggled to keep it up.
Just wondering how often i should be doing sessions? I would like once a night, but is it better every other night/ twice a week etc?

I am a first time user but I was wondering if a device as the aneros helix syn can be too short or small to hit “the spot” for some men. Does one have to make a choice based on his own anatomy? Or is it just the technique and experience that does the trick?
suggestions in first steps
So I’m doing the kegels for a few weeks now. I use a aneros helix syn a couple of times a week and…nothing interesthing is happening. And like I read in some posts here…be patient.
However I wanted to ask what my first guideline is in the beginning. Do I do nothing with it inside of me and try to focus on relaxation en relaxing my pelvic muscles, letting peristaltic waves do the work or do I activaly do pelvic excercices to get things going?
Second question :
Does arrousal start with a sensations of the aneros or must I be arroused to get the sensations?
Working while I work…
I’ve mentioned massage to my SO in the past but she’s never seemed too excited about it, so I got myself a toy. Breakthrough – though not sure what it was
