Calm Blue Ocean

Started out with what is the usual routine now – warm, relax, flex, lube. Getting the Peridise in place was easy, as my body has been craving it all day. Extended Practice Time

A short break helps

It has been awhile since my last post, being distracted with work and perhaps trying too hard to meet expectations that I found my daily Anerosessions becoming fruitless. However, sometimes breaks actually help with progress and after a 2 week break I tried again.

The first thing I noticed after insertion was that there was a pleasurable almost ticklish feeling that caused my belly to very lightly contract in response. Usually I’d have some form of nipple play or at least circing around the chest area but this session I tried something different. I kept my hands on the bed the entire time and it seems to help with relaxing and actually allowing me to focus even more on the prostate stimulation.

“Achieving A Balance”

Background
A question recently raised by @GettingThere on the Forum piqued my curiosity:

“Should we treat prostate stimulation as a multiple day activity?”

This got me thinking….I have changed my use of “chastity cups” recently so that I do not necessarily sleep in one every night. It is helping me to get a “better” night’s sleep. But along with that change comes other changes. For one, when I am awakened by a night-time erection, I have a “new” feeling I now must endure—that of a powerful, stimulating erection (and I am not wearing a chastity cup—what to do?) It may last upwards of a half-hour or more. I would be tempted to alleviate this arousal with an ejaculation; but since I incorporate “semen retention” (SR) into my daily sexual routine, I really don’t want to do it.

Where Is The Balance?
Obviously, for me, I need to ejaculate periodically. I am subject (as a lot of other guys) to the “blue-balls” feeling if I am too aroused and do not ejaculate at regular intervals. Pleasure, emotions and healing

Hi everyone. Long time lurker and even longer time aneros user here. Even after years still no orgasm from aneros use, but not discouraged yet. My personal life experiences during the past couple of years have provoked me to ask a couple of questions:

1) After achieving your first aneros orgasms, did your life change in any way? Mainly interested in changes about your emotional state, your character, spirituality, etc.
2) Did you have any strong emotional struggles during times when you were still unable to orgasm from aneros use?
3) Those of you, who are still unable to orgasm from aneros, are you having any strong emotional struggles at the moment?

The reason I’m asking is because I have sort of “come out of the closet” during the last two years, not about my sexuality, but about my mental health issues. While searching for answers I’ve found a lot of interesting stuff regarding not only mental blocks, but how they connect to physical blocks as well. Humans are both physical and psychological beings, and these aspects don’t function separately, rather they work together. Thus, problems in the mind manifest in the body as well.

In Reichian psychology, the ability to orgasm fully, with involuntary sounds and convulsions, is seen as our natural gift, which is later supressed by trauma. Excited to Keep Going

Before starting tonight, I made sure the bedroom was warm and the lights were low. Sat a while with eyes closed and just breathed deeply. current findings & updates

Latest updates. Some findings, things I’m going to do different, kind of long.

Got helix all polished up, ultra shiny and as smooth as progasm jr. Going to do a little more to see if I can get that deep glass look, almost there. Joining is so much easier, glides in so smoothly and takes hardly any lube unlike before. I have also changed over to using just straight silicone lube, ‘wet anal’. Only takes .3cc prelube and a drop on the tool spread out to go all night, plus because of the molecular make up it is not absorbed into the skin, molecules are much larger than water based lubes so no drying out or having to reapply on those long sessions. A side benefit is it makes the skin feel smooth and supple even after cleanup.

I think I am starting to get a feel for my rhythm. Whether pre ejac release or full on refractory ejac I have an every other day cycle, ie day 1 nothing, day 2 things start to get moving, day 3 slightly more than nothing but not much, day 4 really picking up, day 5 caries on from day before. day 6 ok but not great, day 7 getting better but seems to plateau but duds seem fewer but not great.
