A-less p-gasm discovery: multiple angles = multiple kinds of orgasms

I recently figured out how to get p-gasms at will and have been experimenting more. I’ve found that different sets of muscles can be used to give different p-wave/p-gasm sensations. So far I’ve found approximately 4 different “angles”:

1. Center: Almost totally relaxed. This is the first p-gasm type I discovered. Just focusing on prostate sensations and relaxing the pelvic floor triggers it.

2. Above: Pushing down from above. This creates a sensation in the “top” of the prostate (at least that’s how I imagine it). This is triggered by sort of expanding your stomach and using your diaphragm or other core muscles to push down onto your pelvic area, putting pressure on the prostate from above.

3. Below: Lightly contracting the pelvic floor. This creates a slightly different sensation than (1) and is closer to an “about to ejaculate” feeling.

4. Behind: “Contracting” the anus. I put contracting in quotes because I think there is not much contracting going on. It’s more about trying to “sense” the prostate sensations far back, and the cue I use is thinking about feeling it way back in my butt. It’s counterintuitive but it creates a very profound p-gasm that tends to radiate a lot more through my body.

Basically, there’s a lot more to discover in p-gasm land than in traditional orgasm land.

Auto Orgasms

I drive a lot of solo highway miles, up and down I-5, over the coast range to the Oregon coast, and throughout Oregon’s high desert. A few months ago, on a long stretch of lonely highway, I thought WTF, lets put in my MGX Trident. I pulled over, lubed up, inserted the MGX, and drove on down the road. With the Aneros pressed in to the hilt, my firm leather bucket seat seemed to send every vibration and bump in the road straight to my prostate, and within a minute or two I started having prostate orgasms.

Over the last few weeks I’ve continued this practice, and it has turned out to be the most dependable way for me to have a good session. My solo play sessions out of the car are hit and miss, sometimes hours of amazing super/Os, sometimes not so much. But every car session has been amazing. They have become so powerful that once the prostate orgasms start, I have to pull over and park the car. What do dry orgasms/super Os feel like?

I’m trying to figure out whether I experienced dry orgasms/super Os or just p waves. The past few days I’ve been having multihour sessions with and without the Aneros. The most intense sensations I’ve gotten have felt like a mix of pleasure, a sort of pins and needles/itch feeling, and an “I’m about to ejaculate” feeling, but without the typical release of ejaculation. These sensations slowly pulse on and off with greater strength, and as they peak, my whole body gets a wash of warmth. The intense pleasure is mainly confined to my pelvic area, but the “pins and needles” feelings sometimes run up and down my body like electricity is running through me. After the sensations peak, they die down into a small “buzzing” sensation in my prostate that eventually vanishes. At the end, I still feel super aroused and the pleasurable sensations start again after a random interval where I’m just relaxed.

Is this a typical super O, or are there other sensations people usually have?

Lingering sensations

Does anyone else get random sensations/arousal outside of sessions? I’ve started feeling prostate sensations at random times. The effect while on weed is even stronger, where I get surges of p waves randomly.

I’ve been messing aroung with my Aneros Maximus Trident for about a year now with mixed results. I think I’ve had a few P-waves in that time and I think no involuntaries, but I’m unclear on how far along I am. Definitely no super-O but I’ve felt like I was on the verge of it a few times.

 

My sessions are typically several hours which are usually “medium eventful” but there is lots of down time between high points. I’ve had the most success with the “do completely nothing” approach, but the success I’ve had feels more related to my heart beat brushing the device against the prostate rather than any device-related movement. In fact today I generated very similar effects (to a point) without the aneros in at all (up to step 5 below).

 

I’ve been using lots of coconut oil recently, but I’m not sure if this is really better or worse than the water-based lube I have tried in the past. The device seems to not move after a certain point (even after re-applying).

 

#### Here’s a list of what I’ve tried so far:

1. Light PC muscle “hold” (30-50%) as long as possible.
* Muscles never seem to tire here or I forget about it over time.

2. Light PC muscle hold and light bear down (push out) with sphincter.
* This seems to help push the device directly onto the prostate and hold it there in some situations, but reduces movement.

Getting P-Wave Shocks… How To Increase Their Duration?

So I’ve been getting better at relaxing my entire backside, and finding that when I fully relax, I feel a quick flex of my (what I’m guessing is) my rectal muscles, and it sends a shot of pleasure through me. It’s a slingshot-like experience, and has definitely brought me the most pleasure so far. It’s a sharp shot, then I have to relax to draw the slingshot back again.
I’m pretty sure this is a P-Wave because it feels hella good. But what should I be aiming for? Relaxing more so that it shocks more often? Or work on elongating the duration of the shock? And if it’s the latter, what’s a good method for doing it? This feels great, I’m just not sure how to make it sustain…

Almost super o. Is there a way to go further?

I recently tried some weed before a session. Even without the toy I had some pleasurable sensations down there. I felt waves of pleasure, and at one point I felt a wave of intense pleasure that must’ve lasted a minute. However, it didnt feel like an orgasm. It felt more like being on the edge of orgasm, almost about to pee, but also extremely pleasurable. So I’m wondering whether I attained a super O or just almost got there. Should there be a “tension and then release” feeling? Or does super O come in waves up and down?

Best session ever! Found the “sweet spot”

Have had the helix for 2 months, probably 15-20 sessions in. Today I had an hour session that was amazing. At the peak of my session, I was able to have a 2 minute long p wave that had me moaning.

I was able to prolong this feeling by finding the sweet spot. Whenever you find the right balance of PC/sphincter contraction and start getting involuntaries, try to “hold it in place”. I found this sensitive spot and held it there and the buzzing/involutaries just got stronger and more intense. It felt like something was vibrating inside me and my whole body is shaking. Then while I held it in place with my sphincter, I started very lightly contracting my PC muscle in a waving motion. Every time I would release the sphincter muscle, the muscles would slow down the buzzing but a huge flash of warmth and electricity goes through my lower body. I then lightly squeeze the PC muscle again and the buzzing and involuntaries start up again. I probably went from flaccid to rock hard 5 times. I could feel an orgasm coming on, but not an ejaculation.

The feeling of contractions of an orgasm sensation, but all mainly centered in the prostate, PC, sphincter. Still felt in my penis, but not like a traditional orgasm.

Long post. Reading some of the user posts here helped me, so maybe this will help someone. It’s also a way to process the experience for me.

I’ve been reading about the benefits of prostate play for about a month now and, truth be told, I took everything I read with a grain of salt. I assumed some men might achieve these waves of pleasure and super-Os, but most would need years of practice and even then, maybe not experience as amazing as some made it sound. Well after some time on Sunday, I can say I’m a true believer.

However I’ve found I don’t get to that highly aroused state very frequently. More often than not I insert the toy and feel relaxed but not very horny, and so not much happens. Porn doesn’t really arouse me as much as I’d like (maybe I’m desensitized?) and I’ve also tried abstaining from masturbation for several days and haven’t had much success with it.

On the other hand there’s been times when this prostate arousal comes up in a totally natural and effortless way (usually a day or two after my last session, even if the session itself was mild). Sadly it almost always happens during the day when I can’t take 30-60 minutes for an impromptu session. By the time I have some time to myself, the prostate arousal is long gone.

I guess my question is how I can access this deeper arousal within me when I *do* have time to play. (I think I got the relaxation down pat, I have some experience with meditation). Thanks for any advice!
