What are some key points to remember – start to finish?

I've been using my Nexus Revo 2 quite a lot recently and feel like I'm making progress towards that sought after super-O.

I'm still a little iffy on what exactly I should be doing kegel/ contraction wise, should I just be chilling and feel for the sensations, lightly moving it around feeling for what makes the most pleasure in my prostate, or going for a rigorous kegel exercise.

Interested beginner with a question

Hi there. I've known about Aneros for a while but never really read into their products until recently and I feel it's something I'd like to try out.

My main question is mostly about which model to get, I'm open to getting advice and opinions from everyone who visits here.

While I'm not a 100% newbie to this type of thing, my main concern is my height. I've read that while the Helix is a lot more beginner friendly, it might not work for taller people. I'm quite a bit over 6' tall, so I'm wondering if the Progasm would be a better option, even though it's for more intermediate users.

By all means, if someone can convince me that the Helix (or Syn alternate) will work out for taller people and will hit all the spots it needs to despite my height, then that's probably what I will be going with, but I am open to suggestions.

No prostate contact with Helix

Hey all.

I have a Helix massager that I've tried for a long time. When when it's all the way in, I don't really feel any distinct sensation that would indicate prostate contact.

I don't have any precum come out either.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Help?

How do you breathe during a session?

The wiki suggests two types of breathing:

  1. Deep breathing to relax, which I think is consciously breathing into the lower chest

  2. 'Valley' breathing, to "stimulate the abdominal and pelvic areas". I've done a bit of research but can't quite understand what this is. Does anyone do it?

I've tried deep breathing during a session but found it a bit of a frustration because the consistent conscious effort took my concentration away from other sensations.

Does anyone else pay attention to breathing? What do you do?

Session #2 this is different.

Aneros Syn, came in last week. The first night, just felt uncomfortable. Tried different positions, not much going on. Even tried som gonewildaudio and binaural beats. Nope.

Cannot Super-O, because I’m out of shape. Suggestions on a regimen?

I've been experimenting with prostate massage (very occasionally ) for quite some time, about 10 years now (I'm 30 now). Just recently figured out how to make it feel good. Even had a wet orgasm from manual stimulation with the njoy pure wand, which is when I really started getting the hang of it.

Problem is, if I use the Aneros or Nexus Revo Stealth, I eventually become fatigued just when it starts to get good.

My back and neck muscles often are clenched because I don't know how to relax them while I'm focused on other parts of my body. Is this normal or is there a trick I'm missing?

I eventually will have back and neck spasms, and heart(?) spasms and will start feeling weak. I won't be able to finish. I worry I am even putting too much strain on my heart because my heart will be working overtime for quite awhile up to this point. Normal masturbation does not do this to me, but that's because the orgasms are much shorter and therefore less energy required.

I'm pretty light weight, about 5'7 and 130 lbs. Diet, sleep, and exercise habits not good on a consistent basis. Obviously I should be better about that but I'm trying to understand the problem better, as well as my own body.
