How to get past this phase?

So in my aneros sessions nowadays, my abs and body start involuntarily convulsing and contracting.

I read somewhere to relax your body when this happens.

Im trying to embrace them and let them happen but I end up becoming tenser and tenser. I tried breathing deeper but it doesnt help because tense abs make it really hard to breathe deeply to relax

Does anybody have any tips to relax fully when my body is involuntarily spasming like this?

Quickie question. I just got the Progasm Jr. super stoked to use it but my usual practice is sitting in a softish office chair at my desk.

Almost everyone seems to be laying down, standing, kneeling or on their side. I can imagine the tabs might get a bit problematic.

After messing around with my aneros for about two months, I feel every session brought me closer to the edge. I normally would either contract my muscle’s, or just move my legs, and let it naturally hit it. The other day, I started like normal, but decided to stop, to see how the do nothing approach would work. Oh my god, you can feel it just shoot through your body. I didn’t have to move, because my body was doing it all for me! It was such a strange feeling, because I’ve never “lost it” like that before. Either I was just laughing like a maniac, or I would have these low moans that turned into a scream. The only problem, is the sensations wouldn’t last long. I felt that mind blowing feel, but couldn’t keep going for longer than ten seconds. But, when I rubbed my nipple’s, it would come back pretty quick. Anyone know how to make it last longer? and does nipple play work for anyone else?

Finally getting somewhere! Here’s what worked for me!

I finally made a huge milestone today! I had several dry orgasms back to back for hours then I had the start of what I think are super Os.

I had been trying this for over a year but have only until recently been consistent (twice a week practice, 2 hour sessions roughly) before I would touch my dick when I’d be frustrated and saw no progress and thought that would hinder my progress but for some reason it didn’t. Earlier today I had a 2 hour long session, using the do nothing method. By do nothing I mean the first 20 minutes just sit there and don’t do anything, no contractions, just breathing. After that I do light contractions with my anus (the muscle you use to pinch off a poop) they were about 20-40 percent strength, then I would do light contractions with my dick (the muscle that cuts off the stream of pee) around 20-40 percent strength until I would almost reach a balance and I’d try to hold both light contractions in place, DON’T let your body tense up all the way and fully contract, that is not how you reach it. I held contractions for about 10 seconds until my body told me it’s time to calm down and try again in a couple seconds.

Am I having a pwave or a prostate orgasm?

I lay on my side with top leg bent at roughly a 90 degree angle and my bottom leg almost straight. This is the position I generally sleep in so I find I can get very relaxed. I’ve been using an mgx trident. It always feels good, but at about an hour in, that’s when I really start feeling great sensations.

The sensation in question lasts for about 15-30 seconds and feels amazing, but I
don’t have muscle spasms, just a hot, tingly, glow feeling that radiates

Considering a new Aneros

I am considering a new Aneros. I’ve been trying helix trident several times a week with each session lasting about an hour plus. I feel like I’m just not getting anywhere any more. I’ve tried different positions, I give it time. I’d like to try the eupho trident or program? I’m worried the model might be too long or too short. It just feels like it’s not hitting the right spot

Is there a good time to buy for sales?
