Constipated after Aneros sessions.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong or going too hard, but on 3 separate occasions now I’ve made myself ill after sessions.

I think the toys may have been putting too much pressure on my bladder or something? I don’t really feel much at the time but then 24 hours after some sessions my urine flow is difficult, passing stool becomes very difficult, and I generally feel constipated, bloated, and sick.

Avoiding the dick or edging before a session?

Iā€™ve been playing with my Aneros (Helix Trident) for7-8 months now, every now and then, and I never achieve a hands free orgasm. I will try new postures and maybe Iā€™ll buy an Eupho, but Iā€™d like to know if I should try a different strategy.

How do I know which Aneros toy to get?

How do I know which toy I should get? Thereā€™s various different shapes and sizes, but I donā€™t know which one is more likely to work for me. The website ā€œsuggest a toyā€ is mostly for how experienced you are with prostate play, nothing else. Tips for men with little to no erogenous zones?

So I have been trying to get into prostate stimulation but I am having some trouble.

It seems I have a lack of feeling sensitivity in general. For example, can’t be tickled anywhere aside from the soles of my feet.

This leads into problems for me with getting there with prostate play. A seemingly vital step is to stimulate all your erogenous zones aside from your penis to help you along the way, but in my case, I lack sensitivity in all of these places.

Is there any way to increase e zone sensitivity or sensitivity in general? Or maybe alternatives to e zone stimulation that I could do?

How do you aless

I have only had a few oā€™s with the aneros but Aless is becoming a very real thing. Between (and especially after) sessions, my prostate is twitching for more attention.
