Mistakes Can Have Good Results
Still catching up with the history. At this point it was the end of April and the beginning of May 2015. My sessions were still centered on deliberate deep breathing and refining muscle movement.
During two sessions, about a half-hour in, I could feel a rush somewhere behind my balls. It was similar to the feeling I get when I start gently stroking my cock head. Nothing too exciting; just a little something. The sensation evaporated and slowly returned, but slightly amplified, similar to the feeling I get when I continue gently stroking. Then it went away and did not return. I relaxed more in hopes of luring it back, but I fell asleep.
Sleep has been a real obstacle for me. Many times I've been focused on relaxing, then realized my ongoing mental narrative had wandered off into dreaming. I don't believe “alert” and “relaxed” should be mutually exclusive states, and I continue to search for the balance between them. Advice would be welcome.
The training material puts special emphasis on not touching your cock during a session. Touching at the end of a session or after a session is fine, but not during. My original interpretation of this advice was that adding penile stimulation risked setting up ejaculation as a conditioned response to rectal stimulation. I wanted to avoid that so badly that I tried to exclude erections. When I felt my cock stiffen, I slowed everything down until it went away.
Aneros and Weed
I've seen how weed is consistently mentioned as one of the best tools to help you get to the Super-O, but nobody mentions many details. So say you were in Colorado, where weed is legal. How much weed would you smoke to use the aneros, just a puff, a whole bowl? Would you smoke before or after insertion? Would you smoke indica or sativa?

Establishing and maintaining a comfortable deep-breathing cadence required more concentration and effort than I would have thought. I learned that I have a tendency to stop breathing while examining sensations. My mind presses a notional pause button to freeze the action and investigate. Some of my novel internal tingles at this first stage were partially attributable to mild hypoxia.
The second style of advice I found in the training material is that deliberate squeezing of muscles is not useful. My first tries with the MGX had obviously gone off the rails from the start, but I don't believe it was pointless. So long as the trainee understands that tensing muscles is not an orgasm cheatcode, the urge to flex should not be discouraged. Coarse movement is a necessary step in identifying separate muscles and refining their control.
I tried so hard, and got so far, but in the end I couldn’t shoot.
So I got an aneros two days ago. Tried it today in the bath. Things went sorta ok. I enjoyed the sensation but the real breakthrough was about an hour later when I said "fuckit" and ignored the recommendation to not touch the aneros and just use contractions. I basically began moving it back and forth with the little curled handle, and that's when it got great. I started to get that feeling in my penis that you get either when you are right about to pee or right about to cum. However I could not get past that about to cum feeling and actually cum from the sensation. I tried speeding up the rhythm and I tried keeping it steady but nothing could get me over the edge. In the end I ended up giving up and just stroked my dick while moving the aneros and it was pretty great, but I still want to get a hands-free orgasm. Does anyone have any advice for my next attempt?

Conclusion: Eupho is my favorite, delivers more sensation consistently which I attribute to its thin/long design allowing it to move more.

I thought I had it, but after no increase, I decided to go hunting again. Seriously… Cant find it and I've tried all the suggestions in the Fourm and blogs. Anyone out there with more tips ???
So other than becoming frustrated, not much progress beyond p-waves that are low to just below moderate. I can only judge level by comparing to a normal orgasm as being similar for a mini-O, so on a scale 1-10, am able to get to 4 and an occasional 6-7.
Butterflies got the best of me..
couldnt handle the tickle in the stomach any longer so prepped the area and followed yesterday's protocol. I rushed the bath and didnt get my core up as high and also had higher than acceptable expectations and a time constraint.
However, I was closer than ever with fewer p-waves )missed them really(.
I also tried tantric quick breathing which helps along with a subtle rocking motion on my left side. Porn was back and images only was great.
It was awesome and better in different ways than previously but my time constraint started to weigh and I had to finish with a super-t.
I know I am breaking all the wait-unbtween rules – and will try again tonight at a very slow pace.

The next day… A-less butterflies…
Many users have reported how they can experience A-less P-waves… I had my doubts but after so much enjoyment last night and the excitement of this pending evening, the butterflies remain in my 'core' … a little contraction here and there slightly intensifies it )mainly while standing(. Definite Progress – 2
after a lengthy day of minor progress, i decided I needed to re-read and try differently.
I was exhausted and intrigued about the do nothing method- wow. If you havent tried that, go for it.
Took a long very hot bath with eucalyptus and worked on enjoying and relaxing.
Jumped into bed steaming hot and heart racing from the bath. Remained naked on top of the bed and my prep area just resting for a few minutes.
Rolled over on my left with knees together at 90 degree bent at waist and ever-so-slowly inserted the eupho. And did nothing but deep stomach rhythmic breathing.
Really nothing but breathing and concentrating of relaxing and seeing if i could slow my pulse from the bath.
Deep diaphragm breathing… Concentrating of my spot. My pulse was way up. And within 7 to 10 minutes, a flutter. Deep and low stomach flutter. Followed by a slight roll sensation deep in stomach for one of my breathes.
Pulse was still up and picked up slightly more in anticipation and excitement. Deep breathing, do nothing else except for concentrating on my spot. No contractions- nothing.
A few minutes- then a slight deep internal tingle- incredibly small but just enough to feel it and raise my excitement once again. Focus on that, breath and nothing else but relaxing.
More stomach flutters and a greater awareness of my prostate been strangely teased- so small but there.
