I've started my sessions recently with this breathing exercise that I put together from several sources. I do it with any model aneros prostate massager. I like it because it gets me aroused from within without any stimulation. It may be of interest to men who have trouble getting aroused. I don't know if it will work for anyone else but me. Let me know if it works for you.

stage 1 oral breathing – to relax and circulate oxygen

Breathe into your abdomen relaxedly with your diaphragm, don't use your chest muscles.

You can put your hand beneath your navel to remind you and guide your breath to your belly.

With your mouth closed pull in air smoothly and slowly and gently through your nose.

Feel it as it flows down your throat into your chest.

Pause briefly, and then push the air out while saying"ahhhh" deeply so you feel it in your belly.

Exhale slowly and feel the air flow up out of your chest, up your throat and out your lips.

Pause briefly again and start over.

This journey that I have been on for the last 18 years has been so rich and varied. It has also been internally focused and driven by me. I don’t think I am different than most guys )or girls for that matter( in that fantasy plays a large role in my sex life, especially in MMO sessions. Just last night I had a very profoundly pleasurable session, mainly because I had not had a satisfying one in a week. In addition, as it took root I amplified it with a sensually lurid fantasy.

While many people might use fantasy when they make love to their partner, I do not. The Before Times till The Now: The Sleeper Has Awakened

Just realized I had gotten my membership to the forums the other day and I figured it was time to start this blog detailing my journey up till now.

Must have missed the verification message when it came months ago, but no matter, I've been doing fine on my own.
However, on the 4th of July, after the fireworks, I had some interesting things happen that I believe have really redefined what this amazing little device is capable of, to me.

Last nights session was really good!
New sensations.
I listened to Llewellyn – Reiki Gold massage / meditation while having my session.
This is for relaxation and it worked.
I felt like I was floating at one point and then the dry O zone came.

I managed to have multiple back to back dry Os
I only started counting part way through but from when I started counting I had 7 sets of 10 back to back dry Os.
The ones before I started where smaller sets but got longer as I went.

When I relaxed after the dry ejaculation feeling a second or two after I would start another dry O ejaculation feeling.
Very exhausting although I was not putting in any effort it was just happening.
I think the exhaustion came from the dry ejaculation its self because I feel like I am going to pop as it happens.
Got so tired I finished with a super T and removed it and went to sleep.

Hi Guys,

Frequently mentioned on this forum is the "Do Nothing" method but what does this really mean? It doesn't mean stick an Aneros up your butt and stop thinking about it as you go about your daily activities, nor does it mean you should ignore its presence as if you were anesthetized. It is really about taking a very passive approach to your Anerosessions. It is one of the techniques found in the Relaxation group versus Sexual frenzy group.

From the Aneros WIKI <http://wiki.malegspot.com/index.php?title=Advanced_Skills#Do_nothing> The "do nothing" technique is mostly for the Aneros only. The idea is to dispense with thinking about holding contractions, controlling your breathing, conscious relaxing, or anything else for that matter, in favor of just lying there and letting the pleasure and Aneros do their thing. This technique is probably best after you have at least started feeling pleasure from the Aneros.

I'd like to expand upon that description a bit. Most descriptions of techniques one may employ during their Anerosessions are of the Sexual frenzy group and involve rhythmic [or mixed rhythmic/static] contractions of different pelvic floor muscles combined with breathing techniques and stimulation of "erogenous hot spots". These are what constitute very active approaches.

Abstinence and Diminishing Arousal

It's been a while since I've posted up a blog, figure I should keep my progress as current as possible. I've felt that since I've been abstaining from Aneros use )and sex with the wife( for a few weeks, the desire has been lacking and there hasn't really been any reason to post )though I do get urges and 'less sessions in the interim(. Looking back on it though, I probably should have done this a few times last week to help re-center my "self". Between numerous headaches, excessive driving )traffic( and the gas crisis in NY, stress has taken a strong hold on my life, meaning sessions have taken a back seat. I still try for 'less sessions as much as possible, but these have been few and far inbetween. The closest to a session I'll have at night )in bed, before going to sleep( is an energy meditation session to combat the headaches and stress, but have had no mindgasms like in the prior weeks.

Due to the hurricane, been spending a lot of time with the wife and family. These have helped with the stress, and improved my rather sullen moods recently )as well as remind me why I fell in love with my wife(. Still, I've been snappy, quick to anger and irritation, and generally had very little desire to do anything other than stay home and try to stay warm. Thankfully, my wife would not let me sulk, and forced me out of my shell to open up to the love of those around me. That helped significantly in combatting the stress, but it just wasn't enough.

It's a quiet afternoon for a change; and, I'm sitting in my office chair — leaning a bit forward typing this entry. Once quieted, I allow the faint pleasures to slowly grow as Eupho 'explores' the folds, nooks and crannies of my interior. The resulting build seems mostly mental and grows into intense mental imagery that sometimes elevates me to an extreme of perceived spiritual vision. By that time, Eupho 'fades out' and I'm sustained by my mind and my mind's-eye.
