Aless-session with Mindgasm files

Hi, I had a interesting aless session last night. I couldn’t sleep and put the 6th Mindgasm file on my earphones. 4th session – small progress but not there yet

First time having multiple prostate orgasms over an hour

If you look at my previous post, you will see that I am a pretty experienced user, but the past several months I had hit a wall and wasn’t getting results. Having trouble isolating muscles / feeling pleasure

I feel as if I’m doing something wrong. A lot of people here talk about enjoying the experience, and learning the contractions, and just enjoying the p-waves. Had a great session

I went into the session the usual way, with no expectations. I started by relaxing with a mindgasm lesson (good way to relax) and was getting some nice pleasant feelings. Questions from a first time user
