I rather suck at this.

After that one warmish maybe-P-wave incident, nothing much has happened since then. That was about 7 sessions ago give-or-take.

I just lie there, relaxed, breathing diaphragmatically, trying to keep my mind clear, and listening for any sensation down there. Nada. Not a peep of involuntary movement. By the time my 60 minute timer is up I’m usually starting to doze off. šŸ˜‘

I tried to do as described in [this thread](https://www.aneros.com/community/forum/general-discussion/9641-the-truth-behind-how-to-rewire) from the Aneros forums, but the only part of my body that responds is my balls now, so that’s no use.

I gotta change something up. I’ve gone over the Wiki a fair bit but I find it’s a bit scant on what you should do at what level, and I’m clearly still a newbie.

Can anyone recommend some changes I can implement that might make things move along a bit more, or at least make them more interesting? So little is happening I can’t shake the feeling that there’s something very wrong with how I’m approaching using my Aneros.

I know you’re not supposed to expect anything, but let’s be real, before you start you should at least make sure the way you intend to practice is conducive to something *possibly* happening.

So I’ve been playing with the aneros helix syn trident for about a week now, and

Session 1

Wow, what an introduction. I was nervous but excited. The toy was probably the smallest thing I’ve put in my ass besides my fingers, so it slid right in. I laid down on my side and just gently breathed in and out, doing weak kegels with the toy inside.

It felt…interesting, but I started to shake. I shook HARD. I started to get pretty emotional, and I just shook a lot. It was a weird feeling because I wasn’t feeling definite pleasure, but I was shaking and I did feel a rush of warm emotions and stuff. It’s like I felt an orgasm without the pleasure, if that makes any sense at all.

I went at it again, and again until my body gave out. I started to slow down and contract my muscles. I started to shake less, and instead I started to feel a bit of pleasure mixed with the urge to pee. I did this until I calmed down and washed up.

I still liked it, and I’m like…VERY excited to experience what a real orgasm is like. It only made my desire stronger.

Session 2

Something happened.. not sure what?

So this will be my second session. After about twenty minutes on my back I didn’t notice any changes other than a slight pulse in my hole. I decided to turn on my stomach as that’s how I usually fall asleep so in turn I became more relaxed. After 15 minutes I noted the pulse in my anus got stronger and an increased building sensation began.I let it build up and immediately knew something was different because my heart started racing immediately. It only lasted around a minute and felt nice. I had some mild shaking. It was definitely something but I’m not sure what it was? Is this a P wave? How do I continue these and how far away from a Super O is it? Any feedback? Thanks!

How do you aless

I have only had a few o’s with the aneros but Aless is becoming a very real thing. Between (and especially after) sessions, my prostate is twitching for more attention.

I’m able to get some P-waves going but not the same O’s and ā€œI feel like I’m cummingā€ feeling aless. But I think I’m pretty close.

How do you aless? Same exercises and motions as with the toy? I find that I am doing a lot more massaging (alternating the 3 muscle groups to rub my prostate), and ā€œdo nothingā€ isn’t nearly as effective as it is with a toy. For me it’s more of a management of contractions to trigger the P waves. Any tips to push me over the edge?

Tons of involuntary contractions, but no pleasure…

I’ve been using aneros for awhile on and off. I have absolutely no issue getting the aneros to move pm its own, and the contractions can be quite intense and rapid. Hard and rapid and subtle and rapid…

But I feel no “waves of pleasure” washing over me… even when the aneros is dancing inside me. It’s pleasant I guess… but nothing noteworthy. And after about an hour of this, my prostate juat feels “worn out”…

What’s going on?

Not sure what it was but it was good

Had a session this morning that culminated in what felt like a ball of pleasurable energy roaming all over my body with each contraction. No binaural beats this time, although they’ve been very helpful, just a bit of weed. Not sure if it’s quite as earth-shattering as what people describe the super-o as, but it went on for a fairly long time and it felt really good. Maybe it was a p-wave? Whatever.

Tall guys – what model?

I’m 6’1ā€ and I’ve had some positive results with the helix syn trident but nothing close to what the super o gets described as. A few dry o’s and some small p-waves. I’m wondering if my height would have anything to do with it, as I’ve seen some minor anecdotes that agree with me. So what models do you tall people use? And what’s the general sentiment on the helix syn trident as a whole?

Bed not firm enough?

I was wondering if my bed (Tempurpedic) is too soft and restricting movement of the toy? I’ve tried adding a few pillows underneath my lower back to elevate a bit more, and it seems to help. I pretty certain I’ve rode a p-wave before but it doesn’t last for longer than a minute or two. I’m not sure if it’s me trying too hard once it happens, or some external factors.

Spontaneous sessions are better?

Does anyone else notice that an Aneros session seems to be miles better if you decide upon it spontaneously?

If I’m aroused and decide to have a session on a whim, it always seems to be great and easier to get p-waves going right away.

On the other hand, if I decide I’m going to have a session on a certain night and I’m very aware of it, it suddenly feels less “exciting” and the routine nature of it doesn’t put me in the mood.

I guess most sexual things are better when they’re spontaneous, but just curious if anyone else notices this?
