I didn’t even understand what happened

Hey guys, today I had an experience that I have no idea if it’s normal. It was half scary half mind blowing. I’m hoping someone experienced to help me understand what happened. Advice for a noobie

Hi, I have been using Aneros Helix Syn for months now, attempting for a handsfree orgasm – yet so far unsuccessfully. I practice kegels regularly, work out a lot, eat healthy and still not there… Basically, I can feel some sensations when I focus on flexing my prostate, but I am clueless about what to do to actually reach the O. I tried so many tactics on this, relaxing my prostate, flexing my prostate(on various speeds) for 10%, 30%, 50%, 100%, holding it on 100% for 20s(kegels), repeatedly. I abstain from masturbation, I tried using enhancing substances, watching porn, listening to ASMR porn… so it is not about me not being horny enough, my testosterone is through the roof…I just try to follow the sensations whenever they start feeling a bit better but they last just a while before disappearing, but I simply cant reach the end.

Also, I have grade 3 bilateral varicocele clearly visible on both testes, so that might affect my endeavor, too.

Will be glad to hear any advices from more skilled than me and from the pros as well

Getting and staying turned on without porn or masturbating

I just got my first aneros. So far I haven’t been able to get anywhere, I mostly just lay and clench the muscles am with very little sensation. From the sound of it it seems like I need to be turned on before starting but shouldn’t masturbate or use porn. Hey guys.

I’ve not been on the sub for a while. Covid blahs have really hit my libido.

Achieving the flutter

Hello guys, I have now spent quite some time along the journey.

I do not have much success sadly and I’ve tried a lot.

Different positions, different lubes, porn, no porn, audio porn, do nothing, flex….

While I usually get involuntaries started, they just feel… like nothing really. I can feel the muscles flex and I feeld the aneros move, but there is absolutely no feeling.

However, a few months ago, I had one session, that was really exciting, it was one of my first sessions aswell. While doing nothing and laying on my back, knees apart, the involuntaries became a flutter that was really pleasurable and started to increase in intensity. It was really feeling like an orgasm was building and I was really quite sure that at the end of that flutter, true bliss was waiting. However, the feeling died down eventually, without sending me over the edge, maybe I overthought it.

The aftermath of this session was my prostate tingling/buzzing for a few dadys and I’m pretty sure that was my best session so far.

However I have never been able to recreate this flutter. I will occasionally get some singulare flutters, but they are only ever a single twitch without being sustained.

Progress update a year into my journey

First I want to say thanks to everyone who contributes to this subreddit – your experiences and tips have been invaluable in my journey and I finally feel like I made some major progress so I wanted to share with you all since I can’t really share with anyone else.

Major progress!

I’ve been playing with the Aneros for about a year, reading in and learning a lot from these forums, but have never contributed. Sorry in advance for the lengthy post, but after yesterday’s amazing session, I just have to share a few useful things I learned.
