I bought my first Aneros about 3 months ago. I have three questions. I originally purchased a Helix Trident and recently purchased a Progasm. I have not had a super-o yet, but I feel like I am close. I have tried most of the positions that people discuss. My favorite positions are on my back with my knees bent and a pillow under the small of my back, on my left side with one knee bent, and doggie position on my knees with my arms on a chair. All three positions work for me and have their advantages. I am married and 67 years old, so it is not easy to find times to use them because my wife does not know about them. I end up using them about once or twice a week, but I feel like I am getting addicted to them. I think about them often and want to use them more and more. Question: Is this unusual and do you get addicted? When I am using them, they give me great pleasure, and I have a hard time stopping. My sessions usually last 2 – 2.5 hours. The feelings around my prostate are very warm and pleasurable. It is pretty easy for me to have uncontrollable shaking, mostly mild, but sometimes more. This brings me to my next question. I have tried the do-nothing method, but I always end up with involuntary shaking. Sometimes I try to stop, but the shaking soon resumes, and I do enjoy it as it makes the Aneros massage my prostate which feels really good. Should I try to focus more on stopping the shaking? I am worried that the shaking may be holding me back from a super-o that I would love to achieve. It feels good, but occasionally my prostate feels a little sore for a day thereafter. So, my last question is, can I harm my prostate by using more force to massage it? I don’t want to damage it. Month 10. I unlocked my lower abdomen !

.Something new happened. For background, I’ve been at this consistently for 9 or 10 months. No orgasms, wet or dry. Earlier this week, I had a session using my eupho trident. For the first 20-30 minutes, it was a regular session, nice ,but nothing special. Then, Out of nowhere, the area between my belly button and pubic hair started contracting on its own. Very Strongly. My lower abdomen has never contracted before?!…..Is it happening :D? I can’t remember exactly where, but other areas of my body followed suit (I believe my left thigh, my arms [but not my forearms]). Along with the strong contractions , there had been a small weird feeling around where my left thigh meets my torso. It didn’t hurt, but it didn’t feel good. A tiny bit distracting. So I thought lowering my leg might make the tiny ball go away. Not sure if that worked immediately (again, I am overwhelmed) , but around 5- 10 seconds later both the weird small ball sensation and the strong contractions stopped happening.

Wet dreams with dry orgasm

I usually have 2 rest days between my Aneros sessions. I still have Aless sessions though but I don’t finish on those days(not that I could).

It happened twice now that when I went over 2 rest days and didn’t do any Aless that I would have a “wet” dream that night.

I was having orgasms before I knew what they were, when I was in grade school like second or third grade they would have me climbing rope’s and poles in gym class. What is a p-gasm?

Wanted to ask this group to get a better understanding on what a p-gasm/p-wave. I had a major breakthrough today. Today was my 3rd day in a row getting back into playing with my collection of aneros massagers: eupho, helix trident, and Maximus. It’s been about 2 months or so since I had played with any of them but have been practicing kegels trying to get “aless p-waves” but no progress or body shaking feelings. Should I train every day?

I’m in my rewiring process. I had some achievements like the good feelings in my pelvic regions, involuntary contractions and a HDWO.
BUT I haven’t had an Super O yet. I even don’t know if I had P-Waves or a Mini-O because I don’t really know what to expect / how they would really feel.

I know that there’s hope for me 😉 but I think you all know the moment, when you think, you should just give up because it won’t happen to you. Extraordinary session with Traditional Aneros MGX!!!
