“Don’t Know What To Call This: Chi Energy?”

It is early AM and I got back into bed for what I thought would be some nice kegels and reverse kegels, maybe to rev-up the prostate via an Aless session. Late Tuesday night session, June 7, 2016 *

Hi guys,

Late Tuesday evening I had a session which lasted 1.5 hours. For this session, I used MGX, Maximus, Tempo, and Progasm Classic.

The MGX model has a distinctive ribbed stem which is designed to stimulate and exercise the muscles of the anal canal. Its head is not as broad as Helix Classic. Because of this, I have founded that the MGX does not stimulate my prostate as directly as the Helix Classic which I enjoy very much. However I want to use MGX in future sessions nevertheless. Tonight I used the Kegels and Reverse Kegels with MGX which enabled it perform much better than before.

Maximus as always gave the best performance which was extremely satisfying as was Progasm Classic. Tonight I spent quality time with both Maximus and Progasm Classic with the Kegels and Reverse Kegels. Tempo as always worked well tonight. Right now I have Aless which I hope to savor tonight and all day Wednesday.

However I am dealing with a quirk of this new Aneros web site in which blog entries do not appear until hours later. I have notified Aneros Support of this quirk tonight. Take care!

Aneros session for Monday June 6, 2016 with Aless Afterglow *

Yesterday morning Monday, I had about 1.5 hour session with Eupho Classic, Helix Classic, Maximus, Tempo, and Progasm Classic. It went well as I performed Kegels and Reverse Kegels on each of these models with my knees as close to my chest as I can. But I vary the session with some minutes of letting go. Just let my body take me wherever it will. And then some minutes with the Kegels and Reverse Kegels in the position just described. It seems now that my sessions with such activity are priming my body and mind for Aless outside of session times.

I believe in the fourth part of those instructions that there is a vital connection of the Aneros and the Kegel Exercises. I had known about this vital connection for a long time, but it is only recently that I actively use the Kegels and Reverse Kegels with my Aneros models.
