Progress, and question regarding frequency of practice and sex in general

I’ve been an Aneros user on and off for a while now. Recently got back into practicing with my helix syn. I have a Progasm ice which imo feels better but isn’t nearly as manoeuvrable.

So each day this week I’ve been slipping in the helix and relaxing for around an hour at a time (sometimes longer) to see if I can make some progress toward p waves etc. I’ve avoided masturbating all week while I do this in an effort to build up my prostate as other allude to.

I seem to get the involuntaries by flexing/contracting my PC muscles (kegels?) to around 50-70%. Any less and there’s no effect, any more and the effect subsides and it’s hard to maintain. First question is, do I basically just need to stick at it by holding that position? I sometimes feel like I get flecks of pleasure, although I often wonder whether I am convincing myself of this as some kind of placebo. What can I do to step on from this? It feels ok but after a while my kegels get tired or I lose interest. I know that ‘chasing’ things is counter intuitive!

Secondly, back to frequency of masturbation / sex etc. I have a gf, she knows I practice with the aneros, she’s very accepting of all that luckily. We normally have sex at least once sometimes twice a week on average, I’d typically masturbate another two or three times in between. Does ejaculating, or indeed penile stimulation set back progress? Does it become more difficult to acquire P waves the next day or even two days after ejaculation?

How to precum more with aneros?

Any tips on how to produce more precum using the aneros? Is there anything you do with the PC/anal muscles to get the juices flowing, or certain tactics that work best to squeeze precum out?

For my third session I tried jerking off with the aneros in. I never really precum but after a few minutes I got a drop of precum. I kept edging a bit and thought I might ejaculate, but instead I squirted a glob of very clear precum! Aneros standing in the shower?

Does anyone use their aneros while standing in the shower? Any techniques or tips here?

Before showering, I did my second session ever today for about 30 minutes laying down on my back. Again some nice sensations in my glans from rubbing the nips but nothing mind-blowing, still experimenting.

After my session I just kept the Helix Trident in and took my shower for another 30 minutes standing upright. Again playing with a nipple made me feel _something_ for a few seconds, but nothing I can’t do by clenching my PC muscles for 10 seconds.

Was in me for a total of an hour before my anus started to feel a bit sore. The aneros is definitely fun but so far not very arousing or pleasurable for me.

First time experience with Helix Trident. Advice?

I used the Helix Trident (plastic) for the first time this week. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I have never tried prostate play beyond two fingers.

I’m so tight I can’t bottom without pain, but the aneros slid in easily once covered in vaseline and was so comfortable I couldn’t really feel it in me.

Lying on my back, I started doing kegels and experimenting. The only sensation I got was from rubbing my nipples, which produced the same feeling in my glans. Never got hard during the 30 minute session and tried to focus on the prostate. The absolute best I could do is getting that slightly orgasmic feeling when clenching the PC muscles for 10 or 15 seconds.

I usually don’t have precum and I didn’t this time either, which was kinda disappointing. After 30 minutes I wanted to see if jerking off would bring some feeling to the prostate, and it didn’t, so I finished the session by jerking off. I definitely won’t do that again because of the “rewiring” process, but I had to try once.

Overall, I got a lot more prostate stimulation from rubbing it directly with two fingers while jerking off than from the aneros itself. I did get some interesting feelings that’d I’d rate 2/10 on a scale from 0 to orgasm, but I had to really focus on my nipples while holding a kegel at 50% to produce those feelings.

Tips

Hard to put into words, but practice semi-deep breaths. Breathe in through nose and hold breath for cpl of seconds. Release breath slowly through mouth (it helps if you make your mouth narrow, as if to whistle). When you are releasing, fight the urge to contract PC muscles. Fighting the urge to contract will produce small contractions.

Part of the process is developing the ability to detect the minuet feelings your pulsing prostate generates. Focus on the smallest of good feelings it brings and relax, let those feelings build and feel your prostate starting to swell.

Soon, you will be able to feel those contractions more at the base of your penis. Let that build, do not try to force it, but focus on that feeling.

Also, next time you ejaculate, pay attention to the position of yourself (in the context of pushing out and contracting your PC muscles). You don’t fully contract the upper portion. When you ejaculate the contractions are subtle and it feels as though you are pushing your prostate out through your perineum.

Pressure / Build up

I recently made a discovery during a session. When I try to only contract the PC muscles at the end, where my dick comes out and relax all the other muscles behind, that are near the sphincter, I have better sessions.

When I contract all the pc muscles, I cannot get enough blood into my prostate and when I relax too much, there is no pressure / build up in my prostate. Does anybody else have to focus on this as much as I do?

Well I have very bad blood circulation because of my past smoking habit (quit >1 month ago), so it could be just me. But I only read about individually controlling sphincter and PC muscles. I never read about individually controlling different parts of the PC muscles.

Lost in an orgasm

Beginner progress – having involuntary contractions – Some questions

So I have some questions, and hopefully you have answers:

Some weeks ago I ordered the Peridise, as I wanted to try out prostate stimulation. It was very cheap so I thought I would get this, and another Aneros toy. I’ve used it for some days, and it’s really “activated” my butt so to speak, with quivers, twitching, and similar. Some low generic pleasure too. Recently I started doing contractions without the Peridise, those meant to be done with the Aneros toys, and I’ve had quite a lot of success: My PC muscle / pelvic floor will at times twitch and “pulsate” quite a bit after a PC muscle hold, and I’ve been toying around with this and sphincter contractions/holds as well.

When the PC muscle started twitching, after some time, my prostate started twitching as well, and these twitches/contractions instantly generated pleasure, so much so that it was close to moan-worthy, and I know that if I could keep it up, it would keep on surging until finally orgasm. But so far I’ve not gotten there.
