Definitely getting closer
Been using the helix syn for a month or two now, maybe a little longer. When I first started out I thought my first session was the best I had for a while, I would have relatively good feelings coming from my prostate but nothing really big or anything, a small “eh this feels nice” and then it would be gone in a few seconds.
Today I think I made a small bit of progress, I still didnt really feel the same feeling I did during the first session, but I do believe I got to the involuntary contractions part. Its kind of hard to tell because after a while I cant really feel that much down there and honestly I just feel sort of numb, but I do think I had some automatic contractions today, and also think I might have started trembling as well (though I may have just been cold). I also remember reading somewhere that a peeing feeling is good? I had that too today, it would come and go. Im not sure if this is because of actual progress or because I maybe did have to pee.
Anyway just wanted to share to get your guys thoughts on if im on the right track or possibly fooling myself into thinking I made progress and am still on square one. Any tips you can give though? I was going for an hour or more today, depending on how much free time I have during my next session (Which will hopefully be later this week) I might try and go for a really long relaxed session, maybe 2 or 3 hours.

So after using the ANEROS for about 1 month, i am now at a point where in my sessions the following happens.
Get involuntary contractions, they build over about an hour. Feels good. Eventually, I start shaking, my heart beats fast, my erection gets rock hard but then…… no orgasm? Like although its feels good, i feel like there is no release and eventually after the session feel unsatisfied and resort to jerking off.
I’m asking this because i know a lot of people mention there is not edge per say to go over, but then how to do I step into a zone where i feel a release of some sort.
I do my absolute best to tell my self to relax and just let the feeling build, but after i start shaking i almost get ‘’stuck’’ at that point.
I suppose my question is this the end or is there more pleasure I’m missing i.e. will it get better……. and how do i get there.
Pleasurable involuntary shaking, but no orgasm.
Just got over a huge hill tonight and can induce involuntary body shaking. I have never derived much pleasure from prostate play, but once I relaxed completely and learned how to use my muscles correctly, it allowed me get further. The involuntary shakes happen in roughly 5 seconds bursts, then simmer down. I rode the sensations for a good 20 minutes before they slow down, but then they come back stronger each time. My body still shakes for a few minutes after removing the toy. Gives you that nice warm , post massage feeling in your pelvis area. It also felt just as horny as when I started. Eventually as it builds, I go from flaccid to semi erect.
All this being said, I have yet to have the grunting, shuddering super o that everyone talks about. It is definitely enjoyable but its a different sensation then penile orgasms for sure. It kinds of meditative and watching your body shake around is pretty amazing. Only problem is the time investment, planning and clean up. Personally , I dont really like things up my ass. Some people love the psychological side of it, but I just enjoy the sensations.
What do you once you can trigger involuntary shaking? Do you just ride out the sensations? Do you kegel?
I think I am getting close. Need some advice
I have been using Aneros on and off for a couple of years now. I have been really close for a year now (I guess) but I have not made it yet. I still have some fun s and each session is a pleasant experience. I have the Helix Syn and the Eupho trident right now. My default position has always been on my back with the legs close to my knees. Since I haven’t been close recently, I thought I would try laying on my side.
So, last night I took a warm shower and slid in the eupho. I was just relaxing and listening to some GW audio. I could suddenly feel my prostrate (or at least something down there) buzzing and feeling warm. I kept concentrating on that and suddenly my body went into a series of convulsions. I let them go over me and would relax my muscles and the next one would hit. I had that happen around 7-8 times before it subsided. While this is similar to how a lot of people would describe the super O, it didnt feel that pleasurable. So I would like to know if that was the super O or if I should be doing something when the convulsions start. Thanks for any feedback.

I’ve recently got into using the Aneros. I’m still not making much headway towards reaching pgasms *but* I’m getting used to the feelings. I end things in the conventional way … and the feelings are definitely amplified.
The one thing I have noticed so far is that I seem to be nicely relaxed for hours after a session.
My theory is that it kicks off a really great endorphin boost that is simply more powerful than what would be achieved through sex.

So I recently bought the Aneros Helix Syn Trident (the one that had the best ratings for newbies) and I just got to try it out for the first time this morning. I do have a little experience with this kind of stuff, that being using my fingers a couple of times and some… household objects.
I ran a bath, lubed up and got it in no problem. People weren’t lying when they said once you get it in a little bit the Aneros will do the rest. I laid back and just kinda relaxed for a few mins.
After that I tried flexing my pc muscles (the one that you use to stop peeing) as well as my sphincter. Basically after about an hour and a half, I got my pc muscles to twitch a bunch. Kind of reminded me of heavy raindrops on a roof or like someone was tapping it. I tried to hold it as well as clench and release in a rhythm. At one point it did start feeling like something was building up but I just couldn’t hold strongly enough to continue.
I eventually moved to my bedroom because I was sick of the tub and laid on my bed. This time I was able to put a pillow under my back like many suggest. Again, after maybe half an hour I started to feel like something was building but again, couldn’t keep going.

I’d been experimenting with my Aneros using a combination of the relaxing and alternating clenches/kegels methods for about a month. Usually I would do this while listening to a Nimja erotic hypnosis I learned about on this subreddit. So thanks for that recommendation
Along the way, had experienced some great P-waves that – over a long session – could leave me feeling as sweaty and glowing as great sex with a man and I noticed that these would often be aided by either shifting my weight from leg to leg or pushing into a pillow.
Thinking about those motions, I realized there was an activity that created them automatically: riding an exercise bike. So i inserted the Aneros and set about my workout.
Happy surprise – the rhythmic motion of the legs and pressure of the seat created a gentle, constant stimulation that left me with several intense P-wave moments over the course of a little over an hour.
As with most of my sessions, I prefer to finish with an ejaculatory orgasm, and I’ll tell you: by the time I got off the bike I was so hot and bothered, it was moments before I was ready to blow.

Aneros didn’t work
I just got one and tried it. I think I was pretty relaxed and had it inserted for about two hours while contracting and releasing but didn’t feel anything. In fact it actively made me lose my erection as it wasn’t exactly a feeling I was used to. Is there something I did wrong?
Prostate Orgasms are Real
I’ve had pleasure before and it was very novel and different but not overwhelming or that intense and wondered if that was the “orgasm” people talk about. Last night I had two or more super O’s and they were very, very strong orgasms. O M G. When you have it you’ll know…
It seems like there was a lower level of orgasm that is centered on the prostate, and that feels good and all and is worthwhile in itself. Maybe multiple kinds – I identified one where my asshole area in particular feels warm and pleasurable, and a different feeling where it is more internal in the prostate, or maybe these are the same it is hard to tell. And in general during these “lower level” pleasurable prostate feelings it is sort of hard to differentiate between a high level of arousal and orgasming. But then during one of these my arousal went even higher and the cumming feeling sort of raised up and surrounded myself and I had a full body, much more intense, extremely distinct orgasm. Complete with the feeling of inevitability and pressure release of sorts, which was largely missing from the “lower level” orgasms.
My ejaculatory orgasm I have at the end of sessions still fees more intense, and it is like a combination of prostate and penis orgasm, but it is different. In other ways the super o / prostate orgasm is more overwhelming and pleasurable despite being less intense if that makes sense. And it lasts much longer.
