Well about 2 weeks ago I experienced what I thought was a Super-O. Maybe it was or maybe it was just a minor part of the awakening stage. What I thought was awesome 2 weeks ago is nothing compared to what I experienced last night. I have learned to let my body and aneros do what it wants to do. As I look back at the last 17 months and aneros use, I now see all the mistakes I have made in this journey. You just can't force this thing to work. I guess we all develop our own techniques. Now it's funny but after all this time becoming "rewired" I now get involuntary contractions within minutes of insertion just by letting aneros rest in just the right spot. I used to work at it, get very sensitive but would rarely even get involuntary responses. For those of you that haven't reached the super-o level, what worked for me was to get myself worked up and sensitive by doing my routine voluntary contractions. I would then find the most sensitive spot inside and just gently rest the aneros there. I wasn't using any pressure but just contracting my anus and letting it rest there. Before I knew it the aneros was being slightly tugged deeper on its own. I would just concentrate on that spot and do nothing. Absolutely do not bear down, just relax and let it happen. Now as incredible as it may seem over the last 2 weeks my super-o experiences have just become more and more intense. Can this really get better?? Inside I absolutely know it can. My body tells me so. The wonderful thing is that I now have now reached a point that I know each time I go to use aneros I am going to be able to reach this super-o bliss. It now happens quickly by just letting it happen. I do not try to make it happen, I am 100% just enjoying the ride at each level and the ride is getting more and more enjoyable. PS. Just a footnote, what finally pushed me over the top was the fact I started using all three of my toys. I started with the Eupho and worked up to the Progasm. Up until last night the Progasm gave my the best results but last night the Helix swept me away to places I would never thought possible.
Day-After Effects: The Best So Far
From early in my practice, Day-After Effects have been a very significant part, beginning with Butt Buzz, expanding over time into the day of joy in the O-zone, where mini-Os and greater dry-Os (hlaser's Chairgasms/Cargasms) begin as spontaneous, become more regular and then are available at will when you choose out of the that delightful background O-zone buzz.
The best and most unique Day-After Effect so far though goes beyond these. In a previous post here I described the Mitochondrial Orgasm and at first that seemed like it might have been a one-time experience or interpretation.
And yet that experience was so wonderful and affecting that I felt a yen to "get back there" and also to try to research the possible science of this if the M-O was name was anything more than a metaphor. Because of my earlier interest in Tantra and Tao and the recent readings and interpretation of the results of my practices with Aneros and KSMO, I joined The Tao Bums this past January but got little response/feedback there until August and since then have really enjoyed the discussions there, which are by no means primarily sexual as the basis of Taoist practices.

Decided this week that I needed to stop having sessions every day and hold off to every other day. On 10/4 I took a nice long hot bath. If you have never done this, it should be on your “to do” list. Only then will you ponder the thermal transference properties for this particular kind of plastic.
On 10/8 I engaged in one of favorite pastimes – Using the Peridise while I sit in the garage and smoke an hour and a half stogie and stare out at Suburbia. Reclining on a camping chair I can either read or just pretend to read a book while doing my rear end calisthenics.
Measuring Aneros Time. How do you measure Aneros time? I finished my first bottle of lube today. It was 250 ml. One full bottle of lube down the path. Do you measure time on the road from the start of use date? How many sessions you’ve had? How many total hours of Aneros ‘in’ time? Since haven’t been keeping a log, I figure its about 5 ml. per session so that makes about 50 sessions, 2 hours per session, started in August, so comes to about 4 times a week. Far less time then I could have put into internet poker.

I found some small bore soft plastic tube in the irrigation
section of a home improvement store.
The tube fitted snugly over the syringe outlet.
I held the other end of the tube over a flame to burn off any rough edges.
I tried it out with some water, it worked well.
My waistline has expanded with the years and some positions are rather hard to achieve.
With the tube on I can inject lube in comfort.

Where I am today. Isn’t that just the question everyday? What is it that compels a man, in mid-life, to start making internet adult toy purchases? Is it just the search for the super-o? Not really. The journey has already taken me to a new level of intimacy with Mrs. J4. Some of you are way over my head with your chakra’s and kundalini’s. Then again, two months ago I didn’t know I had a perineum. So, where am I on the path? It doesn’t matter. “As we rewire we are all reconnected”, says one of the forum experts with his signature. There are places beyond orgasm that I want to experience. This, apparently, is the journey I seek.
Thank you to the regulars here who have made it worth my while to come out “in public”. You people have a lot to share and I appreciate it enough to register so I can say it out loud.

September 2008 – I purchase a 5 cc. lube applicator over the internet. The blunt end is perfect for anal use. I also purchase Maximus lube. The old lube I had contained glycerin – not pleasant.
Got the go-ahead to purchase the Peredise Starter Set. Received and tried it right away – nice, but so far my preference and results are with the Helix. Mrs. J4 tried the Peredise when I was out of town with no results at all. We have not had a session with both of us using Aneros.
Mrs. J4 and I have, however, had several sessions together when I have been using the helix. Each one is better than the last. I get more results with her input than anything I can achieve alone.

August 2008 – Kids go back to school mid month and I’m lucky enough to be a stay at home dad. The first week I get to have a session every day. This is fun and I have some good feelings. I’m also trying to figure out how to tell my wife. I’m pretty sure she’d be OK with it, and maybe even interested. So, typical me, I wait for a good time to have an intimate talk with her – Friday night, at the end of the first week of school for the kids and during a neighborhood block party. After 17 months finally
Well I have to say after 17 months of owning my Helix and Progasm I have finally experienced the Super-O! Not once but in the last 3 sessions 5 total.
