Had tried something new technique wise
Started a session last night with the helix syn. Got a shower, prepped my bed and got lube and the toy and inserted it. Layed on my back with feet flat. Put on some porn. What the hell is an “involuntary”, and what’s a “p-wave”?
On the “involuntary” thing, what are we talking about here? Is it when you tire our your PC muscle till it trembles, thereby causing the Aneros to sort of wiggle and flutter? Newbie looking for advice

Do Nothing. How much nothing is the right amount?
