An update

It has been awhile since my last update. It has also been awhile since what I would call my last 'dry-gasms' (all the sensations of cumming, but without ejaculation) or what I would classify as a 'super-O'. I've had some enjoyable sessions all the same, plus I have found an interesting position that brings good results.

Last night I had my first dream about using the Progasm. What set me off into throes of ecstasy in my dream was hard and fast Kegels (clenching my groin muscles). I then woke up…doing hard and fast Kegels! It didn't develop into anything profoundly pleasurable, but all day I've been looking forward to some alone time. One of my thoughts during my dream was 'so this is the key' so I want to find out if these clenches will have the desired effect.

Basically I lie on my back, bring up legs and bend my knees with my fee flat on the mattress, then grab my ankles. Quick update

Had a terrific session with my Eupho last night…. Actually, now that I think about it, it was the other way around; the Eupho had its way with me. Boy, did it have its way with me!

Of bicycle saddles, pooping, nipples, and the journey.

So I received my new bicycle saddle a little over a week ago. And some interesting developments have occurred. The very first time I sat on it, I immediately got butt buzz for 10 or 15 seconds, then it went away. "Well that's interesting.", I thought to myself. As I've never had this occur at all from sitting on a bicycle saddle. Then yesterday, was I think my fourth time trying out the seat. I've been incrementally taking longer rides as my sit bones toughen up and feel up to it. A little over halfway in what turned out to be somewhere between a 14 to 16 mile ride, I started getting MAJOR butt buzz like I've never felt before, then it felt like I had to urinate. And then my penis became very sensitive, and I could feel every little rub of it against my underwear as I pedaled. Soon after I started to feel like I was going to ejaculate, I very briefly enjoyed the sensations until it felt like I really was going to "jizz in my pants". Then I immediately pulled my ass off of the saddle to stop anymore of this from happening. The last thing I wanted was to ejaculate and have to ride a number of miles home with a wet spot showing on my crotch! LOL

24-hours later

I just couldn’t resist the siren call of mistress Aneros…so in she went. I nixed my usual 20 to 30-minutes of deep breathing / relaxation exercises and went for a “do what-ever feels good” approach. Hard contractions (Kegel exercises) felt pretty good so I did a bunch of those. When I became bored with the Kegels I thought I’d see just how long I could hold a medium-hard contraction. After about 10 minutes I started experiencing involuntary contractions. WOO-HOO, those felt really, really nice! I rode wave after wave of pelvis rotating / pelvis thrusting involuntaries for a good 30-minutes, writhing and moaning in ecstasy each time I stimulated my nipples.

Around these-here parts I here tell of something called the “super-O”… if it feels as good as people say I don’t know if I’ll be able to take it when (if) it happens!

Fast forward a couple of weeks

During the past couple of weeks I’ve discovered quite a few things that work for me. (And some that don’t).

1. As mentioned quite often in these forums and blogs, trying for a session every day is not productive, I’ve found I need to take a day or two off between sessions to make any progress.
2. So far my best sessions have been in the early morning (7:00 ~ 8:00 am) shortly after breakfast, kicked back in my recliner, mostly fully clothed.
3. The relaxation / deep breathing exercises work well for me, but the suggested 20 to 30 deep breathing / contraction exercises seemed to make me numb. I don’t know, maybe I was contracting much too hard and wearing myself out. I still may do a couple of hard or medium-hard contractions, but it mostly depends upon the feedback I’m getting at the moment on whether I do them or not.

This morning I had my best ever session…

Took a nice dump after breakfast, gave myself a quickie douche, lubed up the hole with a couple-three of cc of Maximus lube, lubed up and inserted my handle-less helix and headed for the recliner.

The other day while browsing the forums I saw where someone mentioned they took a towel, folded it in half length-wise, and then rolled both ends towards the center stopping when the rolls were the same width as their butt cheeks. When placed under the butt there is then plenty of room for the Aneros to maneuver. Today I tried this, and it was a winner.

My first time with the progasm

I searched high and low for some specific information (see “virgin anus vs. progasm: the duel”) on this but was unable to find exactly what I was looking for so here it is: My first encounter with the Progasm.

As an almost 6 month user and the owner of a Peridise beginners set and a Helix I was looking for a new toy. Being a rectal novice prior to my Aneros experience I was a little intimidated by the size of the Progasm – but I needed to expand my horizons so I took the chance. However, I was really looking for a detailed description of a first time successful Progasm insertion.

Mentally, I had to overcome my fear of tearing the soft tissues. After six months, am I qualified as an “Advanced User”? Or will it victimize me?

Don’t worry, everything’s OK. Here’s what I did – maybe it can help someone else down the road.

I had everything I needed and a three hour window so I began the session with the Helix. The Helix is easy stuff for me, lube the hole with Shea Butter, insert two small balls of Shea Butter and it slides right in. Great, 45 minutes of relaxed breathing.

Some days

Tuesday,
Nothing much happened. Some mild leg shaking.

Wednesday.
Lying on my side listening to Hypnaerosession.
Some lovely sensations in the anus, mild tickle on the prostate.
Turned onto my back and all sensations dissapered.
I had to get up to bring the washing in as it started to rain.
Got some good contact with the prostate while walking around with the Helix still in.
Wrote Two Brothers on the spur of the moment.
Rather suprised at its reception.
My right nipple was very sensetive for 5 or 6 hours after, sometimes nearly painful.

Thursday.
Nothing much happened while lying down.
Decieded to walk around a bit.
Good contact.
Tried sitting in a soft chair.
The handel was no problem at all, it sat between my cheeks nicely,no contact with the chair.
I found the P tab dug in but did not cause too much discomfort.
Some very good sensations.
Wiggle my hips now and then.
Sat there with a grin on my face for an hour.
Didnt want to stop but it was getting dark.
I can now relate to the guy who sits in his garage with a 2 hour cigar pretending to read. I pretended to do Sudoku.

Friday morning.
The wife got up early due to dogs barking.
It sounded as if she started the housework.
Had a quick clean and lube.
Laid quietly for 90 minutes.
Some nice sensations again, slowly getting better.
Think I must be one of those slow starters.

I love progress – first mini P-Wave?

I don't know if this is catagorized as an official day-after effect, but the thing that's most noticable for me is that I seem to be attuned to a different frequency in my body. It's like that roller coaster feeling in your stomach, except sometimes its in your teeth or a foot or an arm. Mostly in the stomach though. Oh, and that guy that says 'don't forget your nipples'? He's so right. They are waking up.

Today the frequency seemed to intensify throughout my session – at one point culminating in an intense abominal twitch. There and gone. A mini build up that my body remembers and wants to repeat.

Going on five months, and maybe my first little mini p-wave!

Hands free addendum

As a follow up from last nights euphorific session. Slept full and strong and had some vivid dreams. Have always had the one about being flexible enough and right body shape to fellate myself (still don't think it'll ever happen in real life) and has some intense dreams of doing that to myself. Other dreams took over time and eventually consciousness brought me to awareness of lying in bed in the dark. I could tell it was close to time to arise by the hint of light on the horizon.

I was immediately aware of my horniness level as well as the morning wood stretching my penis to fullness. Lying on my back when waking usually initiates a hard-on especially with the advent of needing to urinate, I think it helps pressure from the bladder generate the right stimulation; if I lay on my side the feeling subsides as does the erection. I threw off the covers so as to not generate any incidental rubbing.

The elusive Super-O, but even more fantastic results

Since my last post, I've almost exclusively used the 'Slingshot' to get things going. I have found that the ab crunch that involves this technique seems to kickstart my involuntaries which previously took 30 to 45 minutes. I am getting involuntaries within 5 minutes of insertion and after doing a couple of minutes of the 'slingshot'.

I may be wrong, but I feel that I'm on the verge of the elusive Super-O. I also get the feeling that I may never get the Super-O. That being said, my level of satisfaction in experiencing the multiple sensations that I'm getting is more then enough to say that I'm a very satified Aneros user.

Most of my sessions have been entirely on my back with my feet flat. I can encourage changes by shifting my feet up or down and/or widening or narrowing the distance between my knees. I am getting best results by just tring to keep the unit in a stationary position as opposed to clinching and releasing. In fact, I have found that instead of focused clinching and releasing, I get better results from putting more or less weight on my feet. I think that this serves the same purpose of clinching as by pushing down on my feet, I am probably clinching the posterior muscles. One important note is that any of these elements are usually very small scale changes (es. ever so slight pushing down with my feet).
