yesterday I had my fourth session…and again no peace to concentrate properly. this time I locked up myself in the bathroom and had no disturbances, however I discovered that a small bathroom is not a very comfortable place to try the aneros..but sitting in the toilet makes it easier to get inside you 😛 jojojojo

anyway I managed to produce again some precum…but sometimes precum and piss came out simultaneously…that sucks a lot and was very disspointing 🙁

Butt Buzz

Wow, the day after I've been having some sort of buzz from concentrating on my sphincter. It got strong enough that I actually paused and groaned. Pretty cool.

It appears my Aneros lull has ended. I had an amazing session last night! I had the most amount of pre-cum on me that I've ever seen. As to why this lull happened? Depression and personal growth are the two main things. And what I've found out recently is that I completely stopped doing any conscious anal and PC contractions both within and outside of an Aneros session. So I recently started doing them again. And just within a few days… Boom! Pleasure again! So for me, it seems that doing the conscious contractions are important.

There was much for me to learn during my Aneros lull though. Masturbation was rare. And when I did, I had to tell myself that it is ok to have pleasure, and that I deserve it. And I had to really practice on focusing on the sensations and any erotic fantasies to allow me to be excited to ejaculate. Sound familiar? LOL Eventually as I did this more and started doing the anal and PC contractions… Sensitivity, pleasure, and desire for it returned.

Trying again for the first time!

Greetings to all. I first must apologize to the Aneros people for
not giving their product a fair shake when I first bought mine about 2 years ago. I tried it out a few times initially without great success and just tucked it away into the assortment of toys I've accumulated. This morning I received an e-mail from Aneros about their new glass product and I decided to revisit this website for a more detailed look around.
I was very surprised to find a chat area, this blog area and many other things I never knew about. So I decided to get my MGX out,clean it up from the dust of inactivity and follow (or try to) the instructions here on site.
I'm a typical Scorpio personality and not long on patience, so after reading some testimonials about instant orgasms I expected the same…didn't happen. About to explode

Things are stabilizing these weeks. Had a few days pause and now Im back, the first days I went full throtle and achieved nothing.

I lost the count of how many days Ive been on fast but my guess is about 7. I'm like going through some tantric "point of no return" practice. For those not familiar with the practice it consists on building up just before the point of no return, and chanelling the energy upwards through the midline. Its normally recomended to open the heart chakra before all others. Done right you dont really have to make PC contractions that stop the flow, although sometimes they become necesarry and some ejaculation is lost. But its not only about ejaculation, its about keeping the energy of the orgasm. Aneros P-waves and orgasms have helped me reconect with other types of pleasure sensations and releases, and this practice is becoming easier and easier. Once Ive gone through 5 or so orgasms, I no longer have the urge to cum really and my body is pulsating.

A little progress

A had another session last night and I think I made a little headway.

Thanks to those who have commented on my blog entries so far, I have done my best to act on what you have suggested. I have switched on to the fact that I have been trying to rush into all this too fast and I have been going at my previous sessions at a pace to try and 'force some progress out of it'. This, of course, is not right. So last night I changed tack and took things nice and slow.

Previously I had been just using my sphincter muscles to move the aneros, doing so with rapid contractions, almost hammering away at my prostate to try and get it to do something. This time, I tried not to use my sphincter at all and just concentrate on PC. Tensing it and holding it there for as long as I could in order to practice. After about an hour I started to feel the beginnings of some very pleasant feelings that would start off at my prostate but would then feel stronger down the backs of my thighs. Though I tried to focus on what I was feeling I soon lost it and decided to call it a night.

I will continue with PC muscle practice next time round and replicate the slow pace I did last time. Just to think, I never even acknowledged that muscle until joining this community!

Hitting hard

OK, Im officially overdoing it a bit, but Im going to be quite occupied in the next days so I wont be able to access the aneros at all. Yesterday I did another big session.

Beautiful pleasure waves, and some O's, some MO's. But in general I have a feeling for the intensity of them that they can be more powerfull, like the one I had at the end of the-day-before-yesterday session.

Learnts quite a few things though
– I learnt to enjoy the smallest model of the advanced peredise set, incredible sensations. Im guessing its going to be my favourite, the bigger one is good for warming up though

But Im not going to try to invent the wheel here, in the begining I'll leave a time were I'll just trust the systems I see.
– After concentrating on the waves of pleasure and amplyfing and playing with them, I am more aware of them in other moments that are not solely with prostate stimulation. One of my big breakthroughs is actually enjoying an orgasm stimulating my penis and squeezing to prevent ejaculation when in the point of no return. I had experience in that method but never have I been aware enough to actually enjoy it.

A Small Series of Sessions

I'm still alive, and I have used my aneros on a handful of occasions since my last entry. I had wanted to keep this blog up to date after every session but life has been so hectic that it's not been possible. Anyway:

After my first session, for the following couple of weeks I had been experiencing pretty intense prostate sensations while driving. I do quite a bit of driving as part of my job, around 200 miles a day sometimes. The vibrations from the car on the road were causing my prostate to feel 'hard' in the same sort of way as I mentioned in my last entry, except the feelings were much stronger. Can anyone confirm that this is normal? I had been expecting its presence to be a lot more noticeable.

So I received my new bicycle saddle a little over a week ago. And some interesting developments have occurred.
