Do nothing or do light contractions?

Been using the helix syn a few times now with little progress, and it seems the more I ask the more confused I get. People have told me to do light contractions about halfway and hold, though I will do that for 20 minutes and barely feel anything. Others tell me to simply do nothing and let the aneros work its magic, though I’m not sure if that can happen if I do nothing right from the start, and as far as I know the only involuntary contractions I have had only lasted for a few seconds when I started to feel a sort of tingling feeling coming from my prostate (whatever you want to call that). It then subsides and nothing happens. I also noticed if I push the aneros closer towards my stomach when I breath in I get a sort of warm fulling feeling in my stomach, but it’s only very minor and brief because I have to hold my breath and concentrate hard for that to happen. I think I might try the do nothing approach from the start, I just need some relaxing audio or something perhaps. Can anyone give me some tips for someone who is confused as to what I should be doing to make progress?

Making progress, but still not sure what im doing wrong

I had a session using my aneros helix syn today for around 2 hours. Completely relaxed, I stared to feel things rather quickly, I could feel a light tingling feeling/numbness coming from my prostate and penis. This was on and off rather randomly for an hour and a half I imagine. Eventually I discovered if i pushed the aneros up towards my belly with my muscles and held it there (think this mightve had to do with holding my breath) I could feel a buildup in my prostate and what I thought was in my stomach too. This buildup was slightly stronger than the small feelings I had before and quickly went away. I also put my butt up on a pillow and it didnt seem to become much better.

Im confused to what im doing wrong however. People have told me to relax and just let the aneros do its thing and to not tense up, yet they have also told me to not “do nothing”. I dont know what to do now when i start to feel these sensations building, keep doing the contractions exactly like I am? Try and push the aneros closer against my prostate? Or just stop doing things and let the aneros do what it wants?

Helix Syn Replacement

Alright, so I’ve been using a Helix Syn on and off for for a while now, and just started using it again after a long break with and started gaining some good sensations from it using the do nothing method.

However tragedy has befallen it as my dog got it while it was out drying and chewed and scuffed it up, so I’m looking at getting a replacement soon. My question is: Should I just purchase another Helix Syn since that is what I am used to, or should I try another model like the Helix Trident? I’d love to hear your opinions and I am eager to start again on this journey with a new mindset.

Not sure if I’m squirting urine or something else

I’m just getting back into using my aneros helix syn after a long break. I’m at the point where I can consistently make myself leak… Something after a long period of contractions. Can’t tell if it’s urine or not (doesn’t smell as bad, iirc).

I’ve also recently tried the “Do nothing” approach and I definitely felt some wave-like feelings throughout my whole body a few times along with almost drifting to sleep from how relaxed I was. Would this new direction be a better advised direction as opposed to sticking with contractions? Maybe I’m squeezing too hard?

Ive been using aneros products for almost a year now, and in that time I’ve made lots of progress and crossed a lot of milestones such as involuntaries and lots of very pleasurable (no super O’s yet) feelings. I currently own 4 aneros models, the helix syn, maximus, eupho and progasm. Every time I have a session I seem to get just before the point of explosion, but I have yet to tip over and experience the amazing feelings that accompany a super O. I’ve read the wiki countless times and seem to have the best sessions with my helix syn and eupho, but I just can’t seem to “cross the finish line”. Any advice from experienced users would be extremely helpful ! Ive tried everything from the do nothing and relax method to incorporating various contractions and both have given me amazing wonderful sessions that last hours, perhaps I just need a little more practice but I’d still love to hear any feedback

As a beginner, I reached some small milestones today.

* No internal discomfort when relaxed
* No internal discomfort when contracted
* Definite leaking produced by contracting

I know this is not much as compared to the veterans who can have multiple super-os without the Aneros on a whim but this is coming (pun intended) from a guy who used to feel pain in my internal sphincter muscles upon insertion and contraction. I was relaxed and thought hey I’m gonna get caged up and have areas through the Aneros forum. Read a few things about breathing techniques and very steady contractions.

So I thought I’m going to give them a try. Popped in my Helix as it’s nice small size and perfect for beginners, so perfect for going truly hands free. And tried out what I had read. And…. nothing…. theres a suprise. So I tried something else it said.

I laid there face down pillow to my chest and head turned off all distractions. Pitch black room complete silence and laid there doing absolutely nothing. The guide said for up to 30 mins however I actually dosed off but! Was then awoken by very gentle feeling inside. I really wouldn’t say anything significant but it was something without me forcing anything. Next I applied the deep gentle breathing techniques and gradually got this swelling feeling part of it was me trying to suddenly get hard in this cage but I could feel there was more and the more breaths I took the stronger it got until….. contraction. All by its self! I couldn’t believe what I was feeling I quickly grabbed my pillow and placed it under my lower back and kept the same breathing techniques and it happened again. I was trying to get more without actually doing anything so I literally imagined as the feeling was growing my prostate was swelling an my Aneros pressing inside me and when I twiched I picture it moving. Seems nuts but was actually really arousing. This kept going for around 30 mins. Build and a few contractions. It felt great. It’s no major story for the group by oh wow it’s big for me. I though I had made progress before, oh boy was it wrong I could feel this was really something. Infant wait tongonfor another ride who knows what nice time might bring?

Separating orgasm from ejaculation

Recently I’ve been focusing more on the do nothing and meditate approach. I’m had moderate success, involuntarily contractions and twitch when lightly tending my PC muscles. During this I’m aroused, relaxed and soft. Eventually I’m out of time and/or bored and I lightly touch my dick till it’s half erect (I know, I know, don’t do it, but hey I just put 90 minutes in, I need some release). Then working my PC I can eventually orgasm and it’s usually accompanied by a HFWO. Recently I’ve been noticing that orgasm and ejaculation seem to be be slightly seperate. The most recent thins was pronounced, I felt orgasm and spasms hit for 2-3 seconds and then felt the wave of ejaculation come (pun intended). I think I read about how being multi orgasmic can arise from separating the two events, any tips on further separating them or what’s going on?

Yes, I’m referring to Aless. That concept whereby a guy gets all the pleasure of a prostate massage, but without the massager! How is this possible? Let me explain…..

Technique
There is really not much to learn here. All that is required (IMO) is a willingness to activate and stimulate the prostate by some simple anal/PC contractions (also known as kegels). It takes just a little bit of practice but once learned, the technique is almost automatic. The intervals of those contractions can be far apart or closely spaced. The idea here is to begin to feel it just a little in the prostate. The rest will be accomplished by your body’s own response. The important thing (I find) is not to stop too quickly! When I start to feel that unmistakable “flutter down-under” I know I am on the right path!

Since I wear ‘chastity cups’ regularly, I find that while wearing one is the perfect opportunity to practice my kegels. Especially while sitting down at a computer, It doesn’t take any preparation and I can start and stop at any time.

One thing that can be a little problematic is when I start to do some contractions in a public place. I have to be careful that I don’t get my prostate stimulated too much. Otherwise, I may react with a slight moan due to a euphoric, orgasmic feeling! But usually, I have enough self-control to the point that only I know what is going-on down there!

New tools teaching me the intricacies and subtleties.

In my last blog post I mentioned getting some new pleasure tools. I have been having lots of fun with the Njoy large plug. this thing just sits on my prostate giving me the pressure I require without interaction since I’m a do nothing guy (but that is now changing because of these new tools) inducing some wonderful feeling orgasms. These ‘o’s are different but also the same from the ones I experienced from using an aneros product. I also love the fact that I can join in the am and go about my day feeling a constant stimulation of my anal canal and lower prostate area, gets me and keeps me aroused almost the entire time I’m moving.

I think the biggest take back is since these new tools are so unforgiving on the body if used to aggressively, I am really starting to become more mindful of the subtlety of prostate massage. When using any of my lovers and doing clenching (kegels or some type of muscular interaction) I would get overzealous without even knowing it thus chasing away the pleasure I was seeking because I had no feed back if you will, I couldn’t feel it moving inside me until an orgasm had started. Using the new tools force me to pay more attention to what and when I actively do something since I got overzealous one time using the Pfun and became fairly sore. The large seems to return a light feed back to me letting me learn the light touch required.
