Near Continuous ALess Pleasure

I’ve been working on my re-wiring (and enjoying every step of the process) by repeating a simple meditation 5 or 10 times a day. I draw attention to each segment of the male pleasure canal that runs from the rosebud to the cockhead. I pause and focus on the rosebud, inner sphincter, chute (rectum), PC muscle, inner jockstrap (the “top” pelvic floor muscle in MindGasm-speak), the prostate, penis bulb (root, deep in the groin) and cockhead. Why am i experiencing this A-less, anyone have similar experiences?

I’m a new user, i’d played around a bit down there, decided i was curious enough and ordered a helix trident which i’ve had for 4 days/3 session. I did some reading, and tried to follow most instructions, Things were generally pleasurable during but did not result in anything mind blowing which was fine. Today was an off day from an aneros session, however when i was in the bath, i had this weird sensation when i flexed sphincter (as if i had the aneros in), so i kept doing it and it started to feel really good. It took me about 1 full year to achieve it, but one thing you guys need to keep in mind is that super Os are part of a process. Call it rewiring if you want, I just don’t stick to the labels. Finally getting somewhere! Here’s what worked for me!

I finally made a huge milestone today! I had several dry orgasms back to back for hours then I had the start of what I think are super Os.

I had been trying this for over a year but have only until recently been consistent (twice a week practice, 2 hour sessions roughly) before I would touch my dick when I’d be frustrated and saw no progress and thought that would hinder my progress but for some reason it didn’t. Earlier today I had a 2 hour long session, using the do nothing method. By do nothing I mean the first 20 minutes just sit there and don’t do anything, no contractions, just breathing. After that I do light contractions with my anus (the muscle you use to pinch off a poop) they were about 20-40 percent strength, then I would do light contractions with my dick (the muscle that cuts off the stream of pee) around 20-40 percent strength until I would almost reach a balance and I’d try to hold both light contractions in place, DON’T let your body tense up all the way and fully contract, that is not how you reach it. I held contractions for about 10 seconds until my body told me it’s time to calm down and try again in a couple seconds.

Am I having a pwave or a prostate orgasm?

I lay on my side with top leg bent at roughly a 90 degree angle and my bottom leg almost straight. This is the position I generally sleep in so I find I can get very relaxed. Just finished my session playing with my prostate. I still cannot believe the ‘do nothing’ technique works the best for me. Usually, once i put in my progasm jr, i lie on my back and stay relax while imagining sexy things.

My Journey and Questions

Month 10. I unlocked my lower abdomen !
