Interesting Sensations

So I’ve been on this aneros train on and off for about 6 years now, but only really in the last year have I given proper thought and effort to exploring this. I own two aneros products — the helix syn and the progasm.

After reading through various posts, it appeared to me that doing kegels were important, but mindfulness was more so than anything else. I have to ask here, maybe somebody knows more: I own a Quest2 VR-headset siince a few month and wonder if there is any app or website that will help a otherwise completely failing to relax guy to actually completely relax, fall in trance, whatever?

I tried a bunch of self-hypnosis files, nothing worked. Maybe here somebody will know something?

Involuntaries… what now?

I can usually trigger the involuntary movements pretty easily with a few *flex and holds* however once the involuntary movements start I am not quite sure what to do next. Here’s what I have tried:
1. Maintain the flex – Requires a lot of concentration, some pleasurable sensations to start but they generally fade and I restart the process again
2. Relax the flex – Involuntaries stop and I have to flex harder again to restart
3. Flex harder – Involuntaries get stronger and it feels like the aneros is fucking me but muscles become fatigued

Feeling like you need to pee in a session? (or is it precum buildup and pressure?)

Hi guys

So the post title pretty much sums it up. In most of my recent sessions i have had a real urge to pee.

I know that this is listed as a common thing but it find it really distracting (which, of course, kills a session). i take a leak before the session so i know that there is nothing there but when this happens mid session i stop, go the bathroom and manage to squeeze out more pee.

In session this makes me tense up cos i really feel like a can’t relax cos, y’know, the whole “i don’t want to piss the bed!” situation.

I guess my question is: Is this really an urge to pee or am i misreading this as a more positive sign of something else? Is it something that i should just allow to carry on cos it’s a good thing?

I read in another post way back (sorry ,can’t remember the poster) about another brother who had this and it ended up being a massive release of precum. τrying to decypher what I’m feeling and experiencing as a beginner

Hey everyone, allow me to introduce myself. I’m 21 and have had an anal obsession ever since I was 10. Last nights attempt

After 4 long years, finally achieved prostate orgasms!
