Questions about Do nothing method.

So guys, I’ve been playing with my helix trident for about 6 months now. Since I’ve started actually doing regular sessions and following advice from this page, I’ve been making progress. Nothing on the verge of a prostate O or super O or anything though. However, still enjoy my sessions and I do get pleasure. After doing some research when I first started I decided that I wanted to try going with the do nothing method. I liked the idea of letting go and letting my prostate guide me. Just wandering if this is the wrong choice? Was hoping to hear some opinions/experiences of some people using this method, as well as those not. Anything you have to write would be appreciated! Thanks

Which one to buy next?

Hi everyone!

I’m technically a beginner but have experience with the helix syn trident and njoy pure wand.
I have yet to achieve the super O, but I’m having fun exploring this whole new experience.

I know I’m probably rushing it, but the helix syn trident doesn’t seem to be hitting in the right spot. Im looking to purchase 1 or 2 new aneros toys to try but aren’t sure which ones to pick. These were recommended from the aneros site:

Trident eupho
Progasm jr
Trident mgx

Which ones would yall recommend (either from or not from the list)? I want to go the plastic route to use any available lube. I dont have a strict budget but would not rather spend over $125/150.

Thanks!

First Experience with Involuntaries

I’ve (21 m) been using the Helix Syn Trident for about half a year and had my first experience with involuntary contractions today and I want to make a post about it.

I was feeling kind of passively aroused so I decided to go for it just with the intention of experiencing some nice feelings and relaxing for a little bit. I feel like this might have had something to do with what happened, me going into it horny but with an intention to relax.

It started normal for me, just some nice feelings, feeling a little bit like I was floating/relaxing. I normally play around with different contractions while occasionally using the do nothing method and I try to let my body do what feels right. *Normally I lay on my back with my knees bent, feet on the bed, but this time I was fully flat on the bed with just my head on a pillow*.

I started to do a few contractions and the slowly, on and off, became rhythmic with occasional bursts or holds. Every once in a while, I would halfway or one-quarter clench and the helix would “buzz” against my prostate like a vibrator for a moment and when it did I would release a little precum. I have occasionally leaked a tiny bit in the past but never before like this, where I could feel it flow out just a bit.

Helix or progasm?

I need some help choosing between the helix trident and progasm ( or ice).

I am no stranger to anal play so the size would not be an issue. I have used dildos and plugs for years and have always been interested in the elusive super O. I have an njoy pure wand but just couldn’t get it to do much other than force precum out. I was definitely going too hard.

I recently went through mindgasm for about a month and am finally realizing the muscles and sensation I should be looking for. I have had a lot of success after reading posts on the aneros sub. The do nothing method works great to get movement started. I have a knockoff toy that is similar to shape of the helix but larger. I can get involuntaries to start very regulary and now have full body shakes but not a whole lot of pleasure. I think the toy is just too long. I am relatively short just under 5’7″ (170cm). My main worry with the progasm is that it won’t hit the right spot. Would the helix be a better first choice? I can really only get one right now but eventually I’d like to have both.

I’d appreciate any suggestions or input.

Should I cut the tab of my Progasm Ice?

So I’ve been using the Helix Trident for a while, but I always felt it was not big enough, compared to other prostate massagers I have. So I bought the Progasm Ice Red, but I couldn’t enjoy a bit.

All because of the P tab, or however it’s called, the handle that rests on the perineum. It applied a pressure, that was not pleasurable at all, but it was painful instead. It was a sharp pain that was extremely distracting, and well, painful.

It feels so antinatural compared to the Helix, and the fact that is hard plastic instead of silicone makes it so much worse. In fact I think the whole thing would be better if it was silicone instead of plastic.

So I was wondering if I’m doing something wrong, or if there’s a workaround for it, like adding some extra cushion or whatever, or if it’s ok if I just cut it off.

But as it is right now, it’s just impossible to wear for more than 5 minutes.

What to try next?

I started with the progasm and enjoyed it then I decided to go backwards and try the helix trident and I have to say I enjoyed that much more.
I feel it’s lacking something and I don’t know what.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?

Considered myself orgasmic, then got a new toy and had a brand new experience

A few months ago I started having what I consider to be orgasms while using my MGX and Eupho. It’s been glorious and I’ve been playing almost every night. The feeling I get is basically the sensation that I’m right on the edge of orgasm, then everything clenches up and I feel pleasure in my internal muscles that lasts for like 15-30 seconds (I can’t tell) and usually rolls into another orgasm in my PC muscles if I give them a few squeezes during the previous orgasm. During my PC orgasm it almost feels like I’m cumming but not quite. And during the height of my sessions these orgasms can continue rolling into each other. In the end though, I still feel the desire to cum and like I never really “got over the edge.” It’s strange to feel like I’m orgasming but also not satisfying that itch to cum. (Because the orgasm is a totally different type than a traditional penile orgasm). Overall the sessions are wonderful and I’ve been really happy with how things are going, while also knowing that there’s more out there.

But then…

This last week I decided to get a new toy. The Maximus trident. I wanted it because it’s shorter but also thicker than the Eupho, and I thought it would put more pressure in the right areas.

To what degree can you exercise with a toy inside you?

I’m new to prostate and anal play. Picked up the syn trident on Halloween weekend with some water based lube. Been having a fun time with it, but do need to focus more on figuring out how to have fun *without* resorting to normal masturbation. I’m able to get the toy in without issue, though haven’t worn it too terribly long (maybe 30 minutes, an hour tops? Not for pain/discomfort, just doing different things). How long can/should I wear one for consecutive time?

Part of that is really honing in on what arouses me and how to really activate that more naturally.

One of the things which naturally does is most exercise. So I’m wondering if I can safely exercise with it in? Yoga and bodyweight exercises are perfectly fine, though I do also have a kettlebell.

Next model?

Looking for my next purchase. I have the helix syn trident. Want to go with one of the non-syn models mainly for more lube options and to have it be more mobile. What’s everyone’s opinion of the mgx, trident, eupho, pro?

I know alot of ppl swear by the pro but I’m not sure if I need the fullness/prostate pounding that it provides…I tend to go for longer sessions and it seems a little intimidating/uncomfortable.

Mainly looking for ppls opinions on the shapes…like the mgx seems fatter in the middle, how does that feel/move compared to the trident? Eupho seems longer, skinnier…etc
