P-waves and sensations when not using aneros?

Little background – I’ve been dabbling in prostate specific play the last 12 months or so. I’m gay, so anal play wasn’t something I was unfamiliar with, but rewiring and focus on the prostate was. Levator Prostatae Muscle Contractions.

In my quest for a better way to strengthen my pelvic floor ie. kegel exercises, a few weeks ago, I stumbled across an article about the Levator Prostatae Muscle. In males it’s the most medial fibers of the levator ani (pubococcygeus) muscle. It extends from the pubis into the fascia of the prostate. Yes!

With a little practice and attention to the sensation, have learned how to isolate this muscle and contract it while relaxing all other muscles in my pelvic aria.

Levator Prostatae Muscle Contractions, LPMC as I’m calling it, is when this muscle is repetitively contracted or “pulled”, my pelvis rotates ever so slightly and I can feel my prostate being lifted just a bit. Along with proper breathing, the feeling I get is like a pair of small, silk gloved hands caressing the sides of my prostate. Oh, Yes! And with this imagery in mind, the white gloves, after a while, I “come” to an incredibly sweet and trembling orgasm. Possibly the best ever. And then comes the wave of dopamine that completely washes over my body. Oh, yees! And now I need a nap.

The beauty of this is that it’s hands free, no ejaculation, no clean up, no cover up and no refractory period. All the fun, no baggage. My only draw back, at this point, is like any other muscle, it gets exhausted after a while and I need a little rest. However, I’ve been able to orgasm seven times in a three day period, so…

Mixed signals

I got a Helix Syn a few weeks back. The first night I used it I was doing basic experimenting, not trying best practice. You know, various kegel exercises, mostly focusing on comfort and discomfort.

That first night I found that when I flexed in a way to make it go deep, I felt a point where it felt really good and practiced rubbing this spot. I was at near 100% flex and I swear I almost came a few times, but the muscles were too fatigued by this point. Over the next several sessions I was trying various positions, duration, and strengths but always came back to this deep one and always kept feeling close to orgasm.

Finally feeling comfortable with the amount of lube, position, and kegel practice, I decided it was time to follow best practice. I feel nothing at all. After a 1.5 hour session I decided just to try doing it deeper again, and again it felt great but I was ready to stop.

I wonder if the Helix model is right for me. It just feels so great just a bit deeper, but I have to flex 100% to reach.

Feels like 1 step forward, 10 steps back. I can sit on a chair and feel more from my prostate. I’ve “almost” had a cargasm a few times now. Tingling all over, felt great.

Here is another try at posting at my Aneros blog. It seems to me that not as many guys post entries in the blog section these days. I am not sure if they are encountering difficulties in posting entries as I did on Thanksgiving Day just past over a week ago. As I said, I do not have Aneros sessions often now since I am fully wired.

Doing the Kegel Exercises come naturally now. I certainly Kegel some in bed at night when I diddle my nipples. I am glad to read recent posts in Aneros Forum that there a few guys who enjoy diddling their nipples when they have Aneros sessions. However I am sure that they carry on that practice in bed at night. Take care!

Eupho and do-nothing? Also general questions…

Does using the Eupho to the highest degree possible require voluntary contractions and clenching, e.g. kegels? In other words, does it work well with the do-nothing approach? I’m asking because I read the following somewhere: *”The design
means that the Eupho will move the most of all our models. Therefore the user needs to have highly developed PC muscles in order to control the Eupho. The thin head will “dance” all-around the prostate providing subtler sensations than the other models.”* Does that mean the Eupho only works if you actively make it work via muscle contraction? Would it work if I just sit with it in and chill? Not actively and or aggressively stimulating or arousing myself, but just chilling. Of course, involuntary contractions would probably happen once in a while and get things going occasionally, but would those be enough? Would the Eupho work in that situation?

Also, and just in general. How is the Eupho? The Aneros website puts in an ‘advanced’ category, above all other models apparently. Sure, maybe it takes high level skill, but does that also mean the pleasure and peek that one can go to is also high level, above what the other models have to offer?

Any pros and fans of the Eupho that can share what they think?
