How close am I getting and how can I go further?

Hopefully someone can tell me what I need to be doing to get past this tingly stage so I have detailed my sessions as best as possible.

There have been around 10 or so times now during sessions where I will get to the point of a warm tingly feeling building up for a few seconds and then fading.

But yesterday I was using my Nexus Revo 2 with the fast pulse mode while watching porn, it had been about 2 hours and nothing major had happened. Then I started to feel more sensation through my prostate, and had the tingly warm feeling build up, instead of fading within 5 seconds, my hands became tingly and were twitching (like a nice pins and needles), this lasted about 20 seconds and left.

The way I got there was by using the pulse settings on the second speed, lying on my back with my legs slightly raised and practiced flexing my PC muscles and holding them. This is what usually makes me feel sensations increase in my prostate. After doing this for a little bit I get semi involuntary twitches in my abs and occasional involuntary humps. After about a minute of this I start to feel a build up but quite often quickly lose it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Transition between plateau and super-O?

so I have been using a few of the aneros toys over the past years and couldn't get anywhere. Lately, after reading a few posts here on reddit, I could get a bit further and it's really beginning to feel awesome. My main issue was that I was clenching a bit too much with my PC and sphincter muscles. That meant that the automatic contractions where too strong and this didn't help. I just had to fine tune my grip to a bit less, just where the muscles would move the toy just a bit but not more.

So, last days I had a couple of good sessions where I got those big nice waves of pleasure all over my body but I'm pretty sure there is more to it.

I would like to know from you guys what kind of transition you observe over your body and muscles when you get into the “super-O” phase. I think I'm at the plateau just before and then my body starts to shake all around and the toy is banging so hard that I loose the sensation.

Should I relax my muscles a bit more so that I don't get that shaking at all, or should I keep the same grip?

What are your experiences?

Super-O…Check!

As I write this I'm still coming down from my first ever Super-O, nerves are still on edge and my hands are a bit jittery. Roughly two years ago I began my journey with the Aneros Helix-Syn. I've had many breaks, and have probably only used it for maybe 3-4 months, at spurts of 2-3 weeks at a time. I'll try to catalog everything that occurred during my session first as I think most people are interested in that. Afterward I'll go into my preparation and events leading up to this. I have a very "engineering" approach to everything I do as such this may be a bit detailed.

I coated the helix syn in a very thin layer of vaseline, the way I accomplish this is by just globbing it on to ensure an even and full coat, wiping my hand off, then removing the excess with a clean hand until it's shiny and slick. Next I internally inserted 5cc (5ml) of astroglide sensitive skin gel. I have a sensitivity issue with glycerin and this is the only water based i could find without it. I then placed a very small amount over the entire length of the toy.

I moved to my bed and loaded up "Dreamgasm" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jK13_DlgFNo). This is actually one of my least favorite of the 5 in the series, i find some parts annoying, but its also the one I had my now second best experience with. Earbuds in, lights out, roll to my side, pillow between the knees, one under my head, one cuddled in front of me.

Holy shit! I think I finally did it!

This literally just happened. I've been using Aneros products on and off for the better part of a decade, and although I've enjoyed the feeling and had some great super-ts, I've never been able to achieve a full on super-O. Today, that changed. I've been really getting more into of the "hands-off" approach to my sessions for the last few months, and I've come close but never been able to break through. Today I had my third session of the week with my Helix Syn after taking some extra prep time to trim the hedges and clean up real good. I took my time and relaxed thuroughly while inserting, and after taking a few minutes to get adjusted, began breathing deeply and lightly alternating my pc and sphincter. This time however I kept telling myself in my head, "you're not going to super, and that's ok." Also I tried to get a rhythm going so the contractions were happening naturally rather than something I had to actively concentrate on. After just a few minutes I started to get some involuntary buzzing, and slowly that buzzing began to spread throughout my entire body, growing in intensity. At it's peak, my abdominal muscles were fully contracted, and entire body was tingling very strongly. I would relate the feeling to the tingling that happens in your face when you hyperventilate, plus the buzzing numbness you get in your hands after mowing the lawn for a while, but both over my entire body. It kept going like that for probably five minutes or more, I feel like I could have kept it up, but I was getting exhausted at that point, so i let it idle down.

Expanding the Envelope

Had a 3 hour A–Less session last night. Then when I woke up this morning, my prostate was so hot yet that I just played with one nipple and went right into a Dry–O. So I kept it up for another hour this morning.

Highlights: All of the following happened AFTER my prostate was so hot that just about any groin move would cause pwaves and or prostate pleasure. And seemed like the prostate was engorged because I could always seem to feel pressure down there. In the morning, my prostate was still in this condition.

Also, FYI I kept checking my scrotum when I was using penis stimulation, and if it started turtling or the balls started pulling up, I backed off so I wouldn't build up to ejaculation or blue-balls.

So, Last night, I tried to progressively stimulate more of the glans, and by the end of the evening, found I could rub and touch all of the glans and the sides of the penis without turtling my balls. Grabbed it and rubbed it and handled it a lot. The only think I stayed away from is rubbing the frenulum since that caused pwaves that seemed close to jerking off for ejaculation. In the morning session though, I did try that a little and it's 50/50 in my mind whether I'll ever rewire the frenulum to the prostate instead of to eventual ejaculation… The jury's still out!

Think I realize now why it’s called “Riding”!

So last night, I wanted to have an A–Less O session, but things just weren’t working. I went through 600 PC contractions #1 1–9, #2 1–9, etc. and started getting a few little pwaves at the end, but nothing that would move into an O.

Was Frustrated, but figured there’d be other better days so dropped off to sleep.

Woke up 5 hours later, around 6am, and out of habit grabbed my dick with a couple fingers )I like to drift off to sleep like that occasionally(, but instead felt a pwave )!!(.

So followed it, and wound up with a 15 min rolling intense penis DO, and I kept my fingers around the base of my now erect dick because I was afraid the O would slip away otherwise, but it didn’t.

Waited a few min afterward to relax, and then another 15 min rolling DO started )!!(. OK, but as I was enjoying this one, I kept feeling pwaves as my dick head brushed the sheets as I was moving around. Hmmm…

So I moved my fingers to lightly touch the left & right edge of the glans and touched/rubbed the pee–hole occasionally as I had found in previous sessions, and the rolling O kept going… Whew. OK. Kept getting pre–lube drops from my dick and that allowed me to keep rubbing & touching the parts of the glans without chaffing anything. Also, used moving my hips around/rolling ’em to follow the prostate pwave.

Initial flinch killing sensation

I have this issue whereas when I insert the aneros, I'll get an immediate reaction from my body that sends my rectal muscles into a spasm, which is very, very nice. Things seem to progress quickly in terms of swelling my prostate and when my PC muscle gets involved, my body flinches, clenching hard on the aneros, killing the subtle build-up.

My boyfriend (who is already multiorgasmic with regular super-Os) says that when this happens to him, it's impossible for him to have a successful session. He states it over stimulates the prostate too soon by having the device slam into it.

How do I stop this initial flinch which haunts progress? Would starting out with a finger be a good idea? Like, inserting but not yet touching the prostate, just to get my body used to a foreign object being inserted anally? Am I not inserting the aneros slowly enough?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First involuntary twitches during a Dry-O

Last night tried to have an Aless session and nothing worked. Dud.

This morning, was just feeling up my penis like I often like to do )enjoy feeling the shapes and different skin types, folds of skin, etc(, and noticed a pwave! So figured I oughta check it out.

Rubbed & tickled the outside edge of the glans for a minute and went into a mild penis dry–O, so figured the power's on! So enjoyed that one for maybe 5 min, then had 4 – 5 more really intense ones over 45 minutes. Testicals started turtling if I rubbed my frenulum or front of the glans )which for me always leads to ejaculation )or blue balls ARGH( (, but not if I only played with the left and right edges and top of the glans.

A major rewiring milestone

I apologize in advance for the length of this post. I’m still trying to collect my thoughts from what happened last night and need every word below to explain it.

Yesterday while at work, I started to feel my prostate swell, which eventually made my PC muscle twitch a little. This was quite pleasurable and my prostate started feeding on the motion of the twitching by swelling even more. A couple times during the day, I had to go to the bathroom to mop up the precum, which had made the tip of my dick stick to my underwear. By the end of the day, my PC muscle was twitching without me initiating it. Earlier in the day, I would feel my prostate swell, sit up straight to put pressure on the money spot and flex my PC muscle once. This would make that muscle twitch for about 15 minutes on its own. It was kind of like lifting the ball on the end of Newton’s Cradle and feeling the inertia of what I had set into motion. This was very nice.

My body doesn’t allow initial 10-minute relaxation period anymore.

Very recently (within the past 3 sessions), my body doesn't even allow me the initial 10-minute relaxation period anymore.

For the past few times, I've inserted the Aneros when I can feel my prostate begging for it. I'll be sitting in a chair or on the couch and start to feel things twitching at a more rapid pace than I've ever experienced. It's as if I'm sitting on the railroad tracks as a train is approaching.

So when I feel this begging, I begin a session but my body immediately starts going crazy…not Super-O crazy, as I've yet to cross that threshhold, but my PC muscle, sphincter muscle and everything in between just starts this crazy dance of pleasure. It will get pretty intense, which forces both my PC muscle and rectal muscles to involuntarily contract all the way. After each extreme contraction, it seems that the involuntary dancing that's going on gets less and less intense until…….nothing. Well, almost nothing– once in awhile I'll have a minor twitch, but that's about it. It's almost as if my session is going in the reverse direction of how it's supposed to.

My question is, should I try to stop my body from those extreme contractions, or does this have nothing to do with the "calming down" of everything? Is it that my body becomes used to having something in there and the initial shock of a foreign object creates that crazy dancing? I usually give myself around an hour or so of not doing much of anything after the twitching stops.
