Hey guys. I've had my MGX for a few weeks and I seem to be at a plateau. I have no problems with insertion, relaxing, and have even had some nice warm sensations starting in my gut and radiating out. But most of the time this ends up with a really nice 'regular' orgasm. The Super O has been ellusive. I've read all the instructions and have tried everything I can think of to get better results, but I feel stuck. Any advice?

The Begining

Well I received my Aneros earlier this morning. The anticipation was finally over. But I wanted to wait for my first session til tonight, before bed.
I ordered the Progasm. I know it might be the wrong move but, I decided to just take the risk. I've had anal play experience with my gf and me attempting to massage my own prostate.
Anyways, on with my first session. I wasn't too intimidated with the size of the Progasm. However it is a bit dense. You can knock someone out with it (haha). I tried the suggested position, on your side and the top leg 90 degrees to the chest, it limited the mobility of aneros (I'm a bit on the chunky side, my butt prevented it from moving…haha). I tried laying on my back, with my leg spread and my feet on the bed. This hit the spot pretty good, so I stuck with this position for a while. Then I tried doggy, this stimulated me the right way as well. The last position I tried is this one I made up, turned my computer around and had my knees on seat and leaning against the back-rest. I recommend this position if you need to watch porn during you sessions. But you're going to need to stand up a couple of times to prevent your legs from falling asleep.

I'm starting this blog as a means of chronicling what i learn about the use of the Aneros and my own internal workings as i start to use the Helix.
I've been reading the Forum rather voraciously over the last 3 or so weeks while i've been waiting for my Helix to arrive. This is my first excursion into the use of any form of anal or prostate play. But the comments in the Forum and testimonials on the webpage were just too good to not give it a try.
As a result of some of what i've read, i've spent the last few weeks exploring the various muscle contraction types that Darwin, B Mayfield and others describe in detail. I wanted to be learn both where my sweet spot was located and also how to identify and isolate the various muscle groups involved. I'd been quite aware of my PC muscle and sphincter before – but never realised what good uses they could be put to.
So today my parcel finally arrived and i was fortunate enough to have a lengthy period of time to myself. I took B Mayfields advice and had a lengthy warm shower to relax after having cleaned out my anal passages with some warm water.
Brain Sync, Slightest Touch, and the Progasm

I first listened to the samples several months ago and they did nothing for me – they all sounded very similar.
This time though, when I listened to the Ecstasy sample, I felt a tingling in my perineum and scrotum. After perusing through the website some more, I came back and listened to it again and started having these strong singular contractions just like I have with my KSMO sessions. This was unbelievable! And this was just with the sample! Seeing as I didn't want to get cranked up just then, I quickly switched over to the Total Relaxation sample, hoping that it would calm me down some. Initial Sessions

I've been an Aneros user for several months now. I bought the Helix and Eupho package back in early July 2006. Since I've been using them for several months now, I thought I'd record what I've been experiencing – before I forget it all! Hopefully, it will be good for me as a review and also help others. This is a bit long, but I have a lot to say.
I'll give some background to start off with as well as my early experiences. New experiences seem to be coming at a slower pace now, so I imagine that my posts will not be very frequent once I get these initial catch-up posts out of the way. But, I will try to keep it up to date. Admittedly, if nothing new happens to me then there won't be much reason to post!
Background
I'm single, straight, and in my early 40's. I've experimented with anal play and prostate massage on rare occasions in the past, mostly with small slender objects around the house or my fingers, but it never really did enough for me that I wanted to keep doing it. I'm relatively new to this with about a dozen or so attempts under my belt so far. No super O's, no mini O's, no involuntaries yet. But I'm having fun, so don't mind the pursuit. Last night, I started off on my back with knees bent. Actually, I went to several positions over the course of about a half an hour. Then, I went on my right side with left leg bent at 90 degrees. I remembered reading about the "letting go" and somehow (while I was doing some light contractions) managed to go "somewhere inside myself" to the point I was able to focus on the feeling of the Helix on my prostate in a way I hadn't been able to before. I also had a pretty good pornographic image locked into my mind. Suddenly, I felt the building of sexual tension — so I kind of went with it. Ultimately, it felt like I would shoot a load, which of course, I knew I shouldn't do. So I held on to my contraction (the one that keeps you from ejaculating) and squeezed harder, and harder to keep from coming. The feeling was electric. I was literally gripping the edge of the mattress with all my might and smacking my head against the pillow as I continued to hold that contraction and refused to cum. Every muscle of my body was engaged. This went on for about 45 to 60 seconds. I guess you could kind of liken it to riding a big wave. I ultimately let go of the contraction and let go of everything so I could relax.

I have tried the Helix six or seven times so far. With each practice session, I discover a few new sensations. Still, I'm not anywhere near achieving the involuntaries or the Super "O." I have, on a couple of occasions, experienced a very intense ejaculation without any penile stimulation. But alas, I know that this is not the object of my desire.
I have a few questions for any successful guys who might have the time to answer.
1. I seem to be most relaxed on my back with my knees bent or on my stomach lying flat. I can achieve movement of the Helix keeping my hips perfectly still, but there are times when I want to move my hips, which seems to contribute to the Helix's movement within me. Should I rely solely on the Helix's movement through contractions, or is this hip movement ok?
2. It appears there are four different kinds of contractions. The easiest for me to perform is the Kegel. However, I've seen recommendations to do a rectal contraction simulatenously or an anal contraction simultaneously with a rectal contraction. I can't seem to even figure out how to combine a Kegel with a rectal contraction or an anal contraction with a rectal contraction. Doing one (to me) seems to make it impossible to do the other simultaneously. Any suggestions? Also, any suggestions on the length of contractions and how contractions might interact with breathing would be appreciated.

I've recently got some Qi Gong exercise DVDs in the aim of improving
my relaxation, flexibility, breathing, and general health as well. I didn't expect to see positive effects so quickly after my first session with these gentle exercises – especially when I started my next "investigation" with my Helix.
I didn't force any movements this time, and spent time slowly moving the helix inside of me, slowly letting it feel around, relaxing, and not concentrating on anything but the sensations within me…. after 45 minutes – PAYDIRT. I felt a sudden change in my aura, as it went from a dull dark pink, to a dazzling white. The sensations rose within me, starting from my lower belly, and washing up through me, tingling as it went. My manhood arose to the occasion as well, as it engorged itself quickly with this new excitement. It wasn't as powerful as an ejaculative orgasm, but it felt superior to it, even though it wasn't as strong. It only lasted for about 90 seconds… but it has left me hungry for more!
Though it didn't last long, I know I'm on the right track now – On the way to programming my mind to explore this strange, wonderful, new territory.
Miscellaneous Points

I thought I'd write a few thoughts down, having had an enjoyable session last night which, nonetheless, did not produce the Super 'O'. I'd like to think I'm a kind of intermediate at this now. Things are happening and I'm gradually mastering control of some of them, but I still haven't reached that orgasm yet, and every session seems to yield a new sensation which I have to familiarize myself with and try and understand. I won't bore you with talk of positions or lube – I just have a few points which might encourage those of you who are really struggling, or yield some advice from those of you who are really gunning.
1. The Prostate
To put it bluntly, it's a tricky little blighter! Suddenly I find that the Aneros has got it right there, and I'm like "ooooooh that's so good", but then it feels as if the Aneros has gone past, beyond the spot, or the spot has moved away. Another thing that happens is that there can be a strong, random contraction from my penis (or something related to it) which dislodges things somehow. I'm guessing that managing to maintain this sort of contact is one of the keys. Would any of the guru's amongst you agree with that?
2. Contractions – which ones?
