Fitment Question (Possibly Too Big?)

Ugh, this is gonna sound like a weird question but I suppose that’s what we’re here for, right?

Been working at sessions and such and as part of that, I cut out masturbation. Needless to say, I’m fairly “full” and easily aroused. Sometimes I’ve been putting the toy (Helix Syn) inside and just going about my day at home, to become more comfortable with it. Something I’ve been finding though is that I tend to dribble a lot immediately *after* I take it out, but not during. Same goes for bowel movements. If my prostate is full, I don’t feel much *during* the bowel movement, but it’s immediately *after* I’m done that I get that pleasurable leaking sensation.

Admittedly I sometimes have trouble with physical comfort while the toy is inside during a session; it seems easier to relax all my muscles when nothing’s in. In right now, advice?

I have it in right now (the trident syn, typing this on my phone). It’s been about an hour and here’s what I’ve felt:

1. A subtle “shaking”, very faint but continuous through my whole lower body. My legs aren’t actually physically shaking around or anything, just a very subtle continuous shaking/tensing.

2. A few times I managed to get in this weird headspace and my whole pelvis began to tingle, but I lost it each time.

I understand how you gotta relax and not expect anything. The way I udnerstand it it’s almost like a dreamstate? Am I not relaxing enough? Am I relaxing too hard / focusing too much on trying to relax.

I intend to leave the device in for another hour or so. Ima try to relax again and check back here later.

Some crazy as p wave or somethin

Last night I was using the aneros, maybe about an hour or two in I get subtle twitches and heavy breathing that last for a minute, I’m guessing that’s a p wave.

But then later on I start breathing really hard, my whole body is twitching really intensely, I’m squeezing into the pillow and I’m also moaning, surprisingly.

Wondering if I can ask a question.. everybody mentions don’t insert your Aneros “cold,” I.e. you should be turned on before inserting it (by watching porn, edging, etc. before hand).

But I’ve also read and heard that you should be totally relaxed once you have it in, but this seems to be in contradiction since (for at least me anyways) being aroused requires a certain level of mental focus (fantasizing, playing with nipples, etc.). I haven’t gotten to a super-o yet, but I think I realized something interesting and was wondering if others have experienced the same.

I started using Aneros about 3 years ago. I started with the basic advice: relax and do kegels. I could feel it hitting my prostate, which felt good, but it never escalated into anything.

Then I did some reading, and found what seemed to be two contradictory techniques. One was the “do nothing” technique, which didn’t work for me, and is honestly a pretty frustrating set of instructions unless you are one of the lucky people for whom it actually works. The other was the technique that focuses on the two-different-muscle-group kegel contractions. After some practice I was able to get muscle spasms going pretty reliably, but I ran into a dilemma. Maintaining the spasms required concentration and slowly made my whole body tense up. This did not sound like the effortless, out-of-control experience it was supposed to be.

Then I tried combining the strategies: getting the spasms started, then mentally backing off and “letting the aneros do its thing.” When I did this, the spasms would keep going on their own, for a bit, but they always slowed down and came to a stop when left to their own devices.

How to get past this phase?

So in my aneros sessions nowadays, my abs and body start involuntarily convulsing and contracting.

I read somewhere to relax your body when this happens.

Im trying to embrace them and let them happen but I end up becoming tenser and tenser. I tried breathing deeper but it doesnt help because tense abs make it really hard to breathe deeply to relax

Does anybody have any tips to relax fully when my body is involuntarily spasming like this?
