had two separate sessions yesterday after laying off for three days–believe that was too much time off–stopped first session after about 40 min as there was no action of the device after initial movement–believe i needed a bm before starting which i didn't do–used the helix, followed by the 20 mm peridise–seem to have regressed from last week–had second session a few hours after the first and after a good bm–believe that loosens things up so massager can move more freely–still didn't progress beyond initial feelings and think i am caught at one of those "one step back" positions–started with mgx and then 16 mm peridise, which didn't have the desired effect i wanted–will try again tomorrow, i guess–something great happens, followed by a step back, then a plateau of some kind, finally followed by a step forward, seemingly from out of left field–oh well, nobody said it would be easy–ever onward!

last night i put the 20 mm peridise in and went out to the garage to watch the red sox–posts have mentioned wearing it while watching tv but if didn't work for me–too much clothing restriction and pressure from the chair–thie next morning i put in the 20 mm but after initial movement it became stuck–had a bm and reapplied–better but still not satisfactory so took it out and put in my mgx–hadn't used it much since my peridise came but liked it better–seemed to move more than before the peridise and got some good stuff from it that i hadn't gotten before–all in all i believe that the peridise is a good starter if you're not having luck with the larger massagers–my peridise started right off with movement that my massagers never gave me and i have learned a lot about how to start a movement and how to control it which i think will be directly converted to massager action–also it has built up my muscle power and control–all in all i think they are great starters and great in themselves–it still remains to be seen if they give different o's as i have not progressed far enough with either the peridise or massager to compare

yesterday i used the 20 mm peridise first and then the 16 mm in the order of bigger to smaller that so many posts have praised–it was nice and i think that bigger to smaller makes more sense than smaller to bigger( which i have also tried many times)–had a good time but no advancement from earlier sessions–took the next day off as i have been going daily and even several times daily for last week or so and maybe my prostate needs a day without stimulation for some recuperation–i will just do my rubbing exercises and leave it at that–they really get the blood flowing and awaken the prostate without getting it taxed too much like the peridise does–couldn't get the "ball popping" type of orgasm going–had only the rubbing and some "ball popping" , but none continuous like i've been able to do before with contractions

did an early session with the 16 mm peridise unit and it was the same as reported before–did a later session with the 20 mm peridise and not much different–decided to wear it under my clothes while watching tv, etc and did so for an hr or so but then remembered a post about not acclimating our bodies to the stimulation by using it too much as the body would take less and less notice of it so i removed it–nothing new to report–still can get things going but no earth shaking orgasm nor endless self propelling strings of them either

i seem to have reached a plateau again, but higher than i last one i was on–i seem to be having the same experience each time with no advancement, but the place where i stand now is so much higher than where i was a month ago that i'm optimistic i'll enjoy continued progress– part of my problem is probably because of preconceptions that i have about what i should be experiencing–it is awfully hard not to steer or aim my efforts towards what i think may be the goal instead of following wherever the journey leads–i've been pursuing this since late jan, so that's only about 4 months now, really an awfully short time in the greater scheme of things–if i compare my present abilities with what i had at the beginning instead of what i had yesterday, i see a breathtaking advancement–little steps, little steps–probably a lot of what i wrote earlier is wrong or misleading, but that is the path i needed to take–wish i could help another guy now with my more recent insights–when we learn how to do something well we forget how to describe the difficulties we go through on the way–it all seems so easy once we know how to do it but we can't see any difficulty for newbies–the peridises are still awesome–they are my favorites right now

i have been doing a lot of sessions lately with all my massagers and my peridises too–a lot of repeatable success too–my orgasms haven't taken off by themselves and left me lying in the bushes but i can make them happen and make them repeat–part of the new lesson is learning what they are like and what to call them–i now realize that i have been having orgasms for awhile but didn't recognize them as they were so different from penile ejaculations–the ones that i like the most are when it feels like one of my balls is popping into or out of someone's mouth or a cock ring–but i realize it is not my balls feeling this but my prostate–it feels like it is being gently but firmly poked with a rounded stick or a finger–it used to happen once in awhile but now it happens several times in a row–if i could make it happen continuously i would be in heaven!–the other sensation i like is the one of something gently rubbing down the length of my prostate–funny this happens on the bottom left and the ball popping on the top right–the rubbing is very gentle and subtle and warm feeling–i could just relax all day and feel that without getting tired of it–the poking is more urgent and makes me want to squirm and fidget–

been doing a lot of sessions in the last few days–can seem to get near the threshold but never over it–got the peridise advanced set yesterday and used the larger 20 mm one yesterday and this morning–also tried the smaller 16 mm one just now–they are similar but different– i like both, in fact the 16 mm makes me want to buy the eupho, the movement is so exquisite, which is what i imagine the eupho will give from all i have read about it–i have been able to relax to generate a good feeling and then catch it with the slightest contraction i can make, both anally and pc-wise–then it builds and builds but never goes over that edge where it self generates–fun though–sure wish i could learn that method which will make it self sustaining, leading to nice orgasms, one after another–now i can bring one on after another tapers off but they are not earth shattering nor repetitive–can anyone out there help me?–maybe i should ask on the general forum??–will try the 16 mm again after some rest–i find that i have to piss a bucket after an hour or so–i have the feeling of needing to piss with the buzz from ass to prostate, but when i take a break i find that i really do need to piss so badly–making a ton of precum too!–wish i could get over that edge just once to see how to do it–oh well i guess i'll just wander dumbly along until i stumble on it and then have to stumble along again until i recognize what i have done–that's how it is with this journey–you can do the right thing but not recognize it at the time and then have to search for it again, hoping you realize it when you do it again out of trial and error–that's the way it has been with me about the relaxation and the contractions–i think i know now what is what but i still don't know everything i need to know–when i get this thing cracked i will probably be spending hours on my back reaping the rewards for all this work

i took yesterday off as i thought that my prostate had been extensively stimulated by both the external massages and the aneros sessions–this morning i prelubed and used the helix and it was as i thought it would be, namely, a little less than last session–it has been my experience that a great session is never followed by another great session–i could get the control i discovered last session but not the looped maintenance of arousal i wanted–so, all in all, it was a good session but not great and not instructive–i definitely need to move the p-tab around during a session to get the feedback i need and to vary the contact with my prostate–also i think the fact that i had not voided my rectum made it a bit more difficult–my good session always allowed a bit of time after a bm to provide more mobility for the aneros–i will have another session this afternoon

well, i've had a lot of no advancement sessions and maybe even some one or two steps backwards sessions since the last post–tried cutting back the hot glue and also reshaping it–got feelings going but could never complete the loop to self generating feelings–very frustrating after thinking i had cracked it!–finally decided that the p-tab just wasn't hitting my spot and that the pressure on my perineum was too great–i discovered the post on the forum about external prostate massage exercises and after doing them i saw that my prostate responded better to soft, subtle poking rather than hard, aggressive poking, so i thought that this would be true for the p-tab too–therefore i removed all of the hot glue from the mgx and the helix and tried them again–success!– what i had been missing in closing the loop was the feedback from the external pressure on my perineum, just as i had thought–maybe it should have been obvious to me earlier cause i could generate the feelings i was after but could not get them to self generate–anyway now i could get the loop closed and now i had to learn how to start the feelings and how to control and vary them–i have always been greatly confused about contractions and complete relaxation and when to do one and when to do the other–now what is working for me is almost complete relaxation to get a little flutter going and then very, very light contractions to keep them going once started–also i can now use anal and pc contractions for different effects–after a flutter starts i can capture it with a slight anal contraction and place the prostate massager in different spots on my prostate to generate different sensations by varying the anal contraction to move the massager up and down my prostate–then when i like the sensation from the degree of contraction and the placement on my prostate i can use my pc contraction to "play a tune" that pleases me on that spot–different spots on the prostate feel different and different intensities of pc contractions feel different too–so using this and varying the frequency of the pc contractions i can find what i like and then maintain this pleasurable activity until i discover something else to amuse myself–if the feelings go away i simply relax as much as i can and then "capture" the next pleasant feeling that comes along with another slight anal contraction–in this way i can try to maintain pleasure and start pleasure almost as long as i want– i haven't gotten the out of control, i guess it's a super o, response yet but now again i feel that i am closer–last week i wondered if i would ever get here and so close–i can't say enough for those external prostate massages as posted in the forum–i do them in the morning, before getting out of bed and they make my prostate all warm and alive–they feel like the echos one has the day after an aneros session without the aneros–i recommend them to everyone–they will wake up one's prostate and get it conditioned for aneros activity–also they will teach one what to look for when searching for pleasant prostate feelings and where they are located–part of the learning process is knowing what you are looking for–this is hard as one needs to feel it himself and to identify it and then to see what controls it, and someone else cannot do this for you–today i had all the models in and out and i stopped several times and did other things, etc, and i was able to start again whenever i got back to bed–i inserted whatever model i wanted to use and took right off into my pleasure–i knew when something wasn't going to work and so changed the p-tab location and then i also knew when something would work and simply waited for it to happen–i think now i will know when simply lying there will be productive and when it won't–i used to waste a lot of time waiting for things that never happened and i think now i won't–also i think that now i can try a different approach if something isn't working–hope this helps someone
