“It’s All For Prostate Health!”

Introduction
I had read an interesting question on the Forum from @Lth0ms0n this morning, having to do with involuntaries. What are they? And that got me interested and intrigued. So the next thing I know, I am prepping for a ‘therapeutic’ session with the HIH 950. Here are the details……

Session
I am currently in Day 9 of SR with no hint of blue balls (yet). I am also into Day 49 of NoFap ®. I’ve only had an occasional ejaculation, about every 10 days to control my blue balls. Other than that, no masturbation for me, period. And no porn, ever again. But I still need to keep my prostate healthy. So this morning, I got ready for a nice session with the 950. I was already wearing my Mueller cup to prevent an unintentional ejaculation; it worked. I lubed-up with SSG not only the massager but my opening as well (it made a big difference!)

I started-out on my side. Before too long, while just relaxing and performing the ‘do-nothing’ technique, I began to feel a ‘twitch’ deep-down in my prostate. No, it did not feel like a fatigued-muscle spasm since I had just started the session. But it was something I just could not control. Around the same time, I remember, I had this erection develop as well as an uncontrollable whole-body ‘shudder’, almost like a jolt of electricity running all through me. Let’s not mince words here; these actions were ENTIRELY out of my control! And that IMHO is the essence of involuntaries—-by definition*, you do NOT CONTROL them! Just as you are ‘forced’ to excrete waste by involuntary muscular contractions in your colon, you are likewise ‘forced’ to experience the nuanced ‘pleasures’ of a prostate massage.

Have been using the classic for years. Think I’d benefit from a different model. What do you reccomend?

Hey! So! I’ve been using the classic model on and off for maybe two or three years now! I’ve definitely learned a lot of my body. Not sure how the community would define it, but I’ve goteen as far as the feeling that I need to pee and shaking a lot. You might say I’m rewired to an extent.

Anyways, I’ve always had some complaints with my classic, and wondered if the design might be somewhat preventing me from getting my best O. I like size/stretch, and on top of that, my prostate is very small, so I find large ridges are the only thing that actually hit my p-spot. I know I’m going for subtle, but the classic is I think probbaly alittle too subtle to bring me over the edge.

Secondly, the perineum tab becomes an annoyance over time, usually pushing too hard against me or rubbing me until my skin becomes a little raw. I tend to put a folded square of TP between it and me before I play, but this only really stops the rubbing issue. It’s still pushing too hard, and in general is a distraction, and seems ineffective.

Lastly, I suppoe I’m curious about adding vibration! So yeah, anyone have any toy suggestions, Aneros or otherwise?

“The Amazing Little 950!”

Introduction/Background
My recent “MO” streak ended at Day 8 of SR (“P” continues at Day 41). Sure enough, I felt the blue-balls coming on and since I would be active the next day, I decided to end the streak with a therapeutic ejaculation. This one was a little different. Let me explain. I started with a completely limp dick; then gradually began to stroke. All the while, I began light massage on my perineum and my balls. Eventually, when I was erect, I discontinued stroking near the frenulum and only concentrated on the bottom of the shaft. Well, it was an amazing feeling and I was able to “delay” the ejaculation but not indefinitely. Even with stroking near the base, only a “light” touch on the frenulum caused an immediate ejaculation. I could only imagine how this effect is also manifested during sexual intercourse. That “touch” on the frenulum would be enough to positively stimulate an ejaculation. Not a TO but I came

I have been working on my aneros for about 5 months. With family and kids I usually get 1, maybe 2 sessions a week in. I’ve been making progress. Definitely have an “awakening”. And very quickly it got more and more intense. I went from limp to rock hard in .00002 seconds. I started involuntary shaking. Then bucking. Breathing heavy. Omg. It was amazing. I had that feeling of before you cum for a good 90seconds. My body was flopping around like a fish. Then all of the sudden it hit a peak and full squirts of cum came out. It left me gasping and exhausted in bed. But. Mentally I was done.

Currently, I am at Day 7 of SR and Day 40 of NoFap “P” (no Porn). I still ejaculate (me or my wife) to control the blue-balls. My night-time erections (NPTs) are still quite strong and persistent. But one aspect which seems to have changed is my libido throughout the day. Let me explain…..

The NoFap “Flatline”
Thanks to “Fapstronaut Maz20” for this concise discussion about the “flatline”—-

“Flatline is just the “limbo” state wherein (1) you’ve done NoFap/no-pmo long enough to be weaned away from it, but (2) at the same time, for whatever reason not compelled to gratify your sex drive otherwise by having actual sex.

*Edit — more background if necessary:
The purpose of nofap/no-pmo is to orient/reorient your sex drive to pursue actual sex instead of PMO.

To put it shorty, the problem with PMO is that it is technically “a” way of (somewhat) gratifying the sex drive. But, it is not “the” way 😉

Or, to put it more detail — sane people are generally aware of what is make-believe and what is not. Same with PMO — consciously, you know it’s not real. But, subconsciously (and sex drive is somewhat a subconscious thing anyway), pmo can have quite the “hallucinogenic” effect on your sex drive here — really blurring what is perceived as real, triggering things that should really only be triggered from actual sex (and/or the pursuit of it, etc…), thus ultimately “disorienting” you from it.

The Energy is swirling

I unlocked something last week. I dont know what it was but now all of a sudden my super-Os are really really intense. I’ve had orgasmic energy run up through my body and get trapped in my head. I could literally feel it in my brain. Its surreal. Ive had energy go to the tip of my penis and it feels like a gallon of cum is about to drop out of my cockhead. “Aneros-Free” Exercises

Recently I came across a video of Mantak Chia suggesting contracting the prostate 300 times a day. This is part of his “directing the sexual energy toward the brain” methodology. I was thinking though that there has to be a link between this eastern type practice and the “Super-O” we all are attempting to pursue. I remember coming across a post awhile back that mentioned the possible usefulness of aneros-free exercises since with no toy inserted, there was zero possibility of irritation or unwanted friction. Not to mention the ease and no materials or preparation required. Basically strengthening or preparing the muscles involved so that when the toy IS inserted it has greater and stronger effect.

I was wondering if any of you had success with this sort of approach, and any tips you could share. I guess in general they would be referred to as kegal exercises but I’m wondering how to optimize specifically for the Aneros.

Needs help

I have been using Aneros products for about two or three years.

Used relaxation, breathing, PC contraction, listening to erotic sounds, no feeling after 2 hourss.

Later,I started playing with the nipples, and the lower part of the body felt a little tickling.

After a long time, I didn’t anything feel and back to traditional ejaculation end.

Later used to watch porn videos,slowly there will be a feeling of sexual excitement,Aneros also continues to PC contraction and relax.

I have the feeling of climax before ejaculation,then start playing nipples.

The climax before ejaculation continues to increase and is very comfortable.

I will continue to speed up the PC contraction and relax Aneros,Keep the feeling of comfort.

“What’s In My PMO Kit?”

Scenario
I seem to have settled-in to a nice, relaxing sexual routine. This routine does not include any Porn, Masturbation or self-pleasured Orgasm. It can occasionally include an ejaculation to relieve my blue-balls. I now regularly practice semen retention (SR) and usually go about 10 days in-between ejaculations.

I experience some night-time erections (NPTs) now quite regularly. One this morning was quite strong (about 35-40 minutes) and when it ended, I put-on my Mueller cup because it just feels good. Also, while wearing it, I am prevented from masturbation and that is a key component of no PMO. So, that leads me back to my blog title: What’s In My PMO Kit? I ask this not necessarily as a list of kit contents, but rather as a guideline, a credo if-you-will about the current path on which I find myself.

Kit Contents
Of course, my PMO kit would not be complete without some basics: a cup jockstrap or two, a box of tissues for cleaning-up an eventual wet dream and a prostate massager & lube for an occasional session. My sessions now are rather sparse (possibly one every 2 weeks or more frequently if I feel the need. Anything else in the kit? No, that seems about it!

Technically, I have been practicing NoFap for about 30 days now. To be more accurate, I have abstained from watching porn (and not listening to binaural beats) for 30 days. I have had only a couple of ejaculations during that time, mostly to control my blue-balls. My last ejaculation was initiated by my wife, so I am able to continue the PMO NoFap journey.

At the same time, I have greatly scaled-back my Aneros sessions. I had one a few days ago (one in about 2 weeks). I selected the Helix-Trident and although it was a relatively short session (about 20 minutes), it certainly packed-a-punch! The H-T had me moaning almost right from the start! There is no doubt in my mind that my prostate “remembers” all the nuances that an Aneros prostate massager can yield. No doubt about it!

Nights Are Better
One thing that I am noticing about NoFap is the presence of more spontaneous erections, and quite stimulating ones at night in bed. Of course, the NPTs must continue as they always do. But a few that have woken me up seem to take me very close to the edge of a wet dream. I could probably initiate an ejaculation through some body twists and thrusts into the bed. But instead, I usually intercept the PONR arousal in time by putting on one of my ‘chastity cups’: these always help to quell the erection, at least temporarily, and allow me to get some more sleep.
