Am i making progress towards super o?

I tried the ‘do nothing technique’ while listening to binaural beats from shibby. I relax as much as i can while maintaining steady breathing and focusing on the good plesureble feeling. After few minutes, my penis start to get hard and involuntry contractions happens on it own. It start to clench and squeeze the aneros inside me and it become stronger over time. Question about PC muscle

So I just saw a comment on here about the website mindgasm.net. I’ve been trying to get a prostate orgasm for 13 years with no success (enjoyed the process though) and was just looking around these forums for tips when I ran into the link. The instructions are to flex your PC muscle and I realized that this is likely why I am having such a hard time advancing.

I’ve never been able to know how to control this muscle voluntarily. When I’m peeing, if I try to stop the flow of pee mid stream it hurts really bad. Is this normal? Is it supposed to hurt like mad if you stop pee mid stream? I definitely don’t know how to flex the PC muscle or even know where to start with it, and maybe that’s why. Maybe TMI but I am also really bad at holding pee in when I need to hold it. Often it trickles out a bit while I’m trying to track down a bathroom… so maybe I just have a tremendously underdeveloped PC muscle? (In case it’s relevant, I’m a very fit and healthy outdoor athlete, so I’m used to understanding how to control individual muscle groups)

In the “do nothing” technique is it still required that you understand how to respond to sensations with PC muscle flexing? Am I screwed if I can’t find this muscle?

What to do if you’re stuck ahead of involuntary contractions?

I’m a long time MGX owner, using it off and on for years without much success. And before you say anything, my expectations couldn’t be lower right now. Anyways, according to what I’ve been reading, I think I’ve gotten to the point of expecting to experience involuntary contractions any time soon, but actually can’t. I usually do-nothing as I can easily get too carried away otherwise, but holding light, rhythmic, voluntary contractions as some suggest doesn’t seem to help, either.

So I’m a beginner since I just started a month ago and like most beginners, I grew frustrated. I’ve been experimenting on and off with Aneros for a number of years, but have really been trying to consistently practice a couple of times per week for the past several months. I’m trying to assimilate everything that I read here and on the prostate play sub. I have an MGX classic, a Progasm Ice and recently got an NJoy wand which I was hoping was going to be a game-changer, but not so much. I use coconut oil as lube, and try to set aside 1-2 hours for sessions. After inserting, sometimes I will scroll through Reddit (often this sub), look at porn (less often past few months), listen to some binaural beats or just relax.

I try to start out with the do-nothing method, but after 30-60 minutes will start with some contractions, usually light, alternating PC with sphincter. I’ve done the free Mindgasm lessons, but don’t find them to be particularly enlightening.

I’m pretty sure that I get involuntaries, but most often occur Aless, in the shower and while driving – they feel like kind of a squirmy sensation just past the inner sphincter?
