A change

So I've been in somewhat of an Aneros lull lately, likely due to events going on in my life right now that are stressful. So I've hardly had any Aneros sessions all month long. And likewise have not masturbated very much at all either. So today I felt aroused enough to try an Aneros session after looking at some porn on the computer. My Progasm strangely hasn't been doing much of anything for me lately. So I experimented by starting with my Helix in hopes that a different model would produce some pleasurable sensations. And boy was I right!

Something has changed during this lull that I don't think I noticed until today. I basically haven't been having any tingling in my perineum or butt buzz like I've normally been having both within and without a session for many, many months now. But today I noticed when I started looking at the porn and getting aroused. I felt this new energetic sensation in my prostate that was different than what I've felt before. And when I started my Aneros session with the Helix, I found by just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, this pleasurable energetic sensation would grow and gently radiate through me. It was a very nice feeling and had none of that sense of urgency to make it "over the top" in terms of orgasm/pleasure. I just relaxed, enjoyed it, and eventually dozed off, and felt very rested when I woke up. I found myself surprised that there really was something to the relax and do nothing approach! LOL

New discoveries

So last night as I started a no-Aneros session sitting in front of my computer while looking at porn, I noticed that I wasn't having much sensations. I also noticed that my conscious contractions had unknowingly shifted to PC muscles only. So just to experiment I tried contracting just my anal muscles, and was pleasantly surprised by very pleasurable sensations. So I worked with holding a quite firm anal contraction, and found that it kept the level of pleasurable sensations quite high. And that unconscious anal contractions would still occur within this firm hold that were very nice. I probably mixed in some PC muscle squeezes in there also.

This got me wondering if perhaps what I thought to be light squeezes were not hard enough. As I've often read posts in the forum about the muscles in the anus and PC group needing to acclimate and tone up. This also gave me the idea that there is more to the Peridise then I may have previously understood.

So I started an Aneros session with my Progasm. It was ok. I tried doing the firm anal contractions, which felt good. But I noticed that the Progasm stem is too large in diameter to get those wildly pleasurable sensations on hard anal squeezes that I was getting in my no-Aneros session. And it also seemed like the Progasm went too deep past my prostate on hard squeezes. I'm not sure how important that is. But switching out the Progasm for the largest of the advance Peridise confirmed my suspicions. I was able to get similar sensations with firm anal squeezes as I did in my no-Aneros session. On top of that, I got this wonderful sensation of the Peridise kind of squirming in my ass. That was a really nice sensation!!!

It's nipple time!

So I had another session today. And am very likely to have another if my prostate keeps making these pleasurable sensations as I sit here typing. So I've had two sessions so far of the relax and do nothing approach. And previous to this, my nipples gradually became sensitive to being touched over the course of a few months. They never used to be sensitive at all.

But since todays session, they've become even more sensitive. And they now also become incredibly erect, which is exciting in itself!!! It is almost hard to believe! But I like it a lot!!! 😀 My favorite technique so far, is a thumb lightly pressing on top of each one and rotating them gently. It seems lighter more subtle manipulation takes the pleasure a lot further. Is this what the women I've dated have been trying to tell me all these years about not trying to "tune in Tokyo" on their nipples? LOL Or using a very light touch on their clitoris. I joke, but I suspect it's true. I guess like anything in my life, I have to experience it personally to learn the lesson.

I've also started getting leg shakes/trembles during the session. In addition, I've noticed with todays session that I unknowingly made what I considered to be a heck of a lot of pre-cum. It's hard to tell though if it is more than usual. Because normally when I used to lay on my side, any pre-cum produced would get soaked up by the towel I lay over the bed. The R word

So last night was the first recent session that I seriously attempted and approached the technique of laying on my back, knees bent, legs spread, breath, and relax. Yes, the dirty "R" word that those of us who have not achieved super orgasm tend to have a love/hate relationship with. LOL I first heard it from "slipperybugger" the other day, and it made me chuckle, as I pondered the appropriateness of it's use.

I'm doing this because of my recent disappointing revelation that for many months now all I've been doing within my sessions is hands free edging. This happened because I've been laying on my side, and my penis ends up rubbing against the bed, even if ever slightly at times. It was very pleasurable, and probably helped in waking up my prostrate. As the times when I ended up ejaculating, I learned how incredibly pleasurable Aneros assisted super-T orgasms are. To the point, where just plain regular masturbation wasn't all that desirable anymore.

So I went into this session pretty bummed, and with rather low expectations as I knew that it would be un-realistic of me to expect much pleasure initially. Especially as compared to what I had been previously doing with hands free edging.

The interesting thing is that over time I have learned the difference between sexual excitement in my penis, and sexual excitement in my prostate. Two very different things. And I find it so interesting that when my prostate is excited, there is almost no interest or focus of pleasure and excite in my penis unless I happen to touch myself there.

Peridise bliss!

I had a spectacular session tonight! I started with the Progasm and had a few nice mini-O's. But after about 40 minutes I had to stop, as this was the second night in a row of Progasm use. So my prostate was a little sore at this point.

It didn't really want to stop. So I removed the Progasm and inserted the larger of the two Peridise from the advance set. I remembered one user telling me the he used the Peridise on off nights when his prostrate was a bit sensitive from the previous nights use of the Progasm.

Keep in mind this all happens in bed with me laying on my side. I found I didn't get much of any response from just relaxing and doing nothing. But shortly thereafter I learned that very hard voluntary anal contractions gave me the most exquisitely pleasurable feelings which turned into the most amazing mini and dry-O that I've had so far!!! And I was able to have them one after another. I can't count how many I had. I basically kept going until I couldn't make them happen anymore! *huge gigantic grin*

Recent updates

It's been a while since I've logged in here. Had to take some time away to deal with personal issues and life in general.

I continue to practice Aneros sessions. More frequently now than in the last few months. The Progasm is still my Aneros of choice. Every once in while, I'll be curious, and try the MGX or Helix. And they just don't do much for me anymore. I hope it's only temporary. As I do like variety. But the Progasm never fails to make me feel pleasure.

I've started to have more consistent small to medium non-ejaculatory orgasms during sessions. I wouldn't call them super. But I think I'm making progress. I'm always amazed at how the experience changes during the journey.

One thing I've noticed so far, is that the relax and do nothing approach only takes me so far, which is not very far in my mind. Through experimentation, I've discovered that small amounts of penile stimulation helps to get really revved up. But at some point you have to stop doing that or otherwise ejaculate. I've also found that some amount of flexing the PC and anal muscles is very helpful for me. And that I've gotten to points where I'd be clenching both, and have such pleasurable feelings from it that it was almost unbearable, then suddenly both would involuntarily completely relax. And I would then start have some really different yet pleasurable feelings. Kind of orgasmic like, but not really. Makes me wonder if these are the starting point of super-O's.

My first time with the progasm

I searched high and low for some specific information (see “virgin anus vs. progasm: the duel”) on this but was unable to find exactly what I was looking for so here it is: My first encounter with the Progasm.

As an almost 6 month user and the owner of a Peridise beginners set and a Helix I was looking for a new toy. Being a rectal novice prior to my Aneros experience I was a little intimidated by the size of the Progasm – but I needed to expand my horizons so I took the chance. However, I was really looking for a detailed description of a first time successful Progasm insertion.

Mentally, I had to overcome my fear of tearing the soft tissues. After six months, am I qualified as an “Advanced User”? Or will it victimize me?

Don’t worry, everything’s OK. Here’s what I did – maybe it can help someone else down the road.

I had everything I needed and a three hour window so I began the session with the Helix. The Helix is easy stuff for me, lube the hole with Shea Butter, insert two small balls of Shea Butter and it slides right in. Great, 45 minutes of relaxed breathing.

Week 3: Starting to feel like it isn't working out for me

Another week has passed with little or no progress for me. I used to practice for an hour every day, but over this recent week I've been skipping a few days. I think I am losing motivation to keep this up. I used to be very interested in having the daily sessions, but now I'm starting to feel more motivated to do other more useful things with my time than use the helix.

I wish I could come here and say, "Wow! The Aneros is great! My pleasure is so much better and it's changed my life!" like some people have, but I simply can't at this point. Over the week I've tried a variety of different suggestions from the forum, blogs, etc. Different positions, different breathing tricks, different forms of stimulating myself, different forms of mental stimulation. I've also tried the 'do nothing' approach, but in doing nothing, I also feel nothing. I just can't seem to find my way though all of this regardless of what I try.

Maybe I just need more time. My body may be more resistant to alternative stimulations than I hoped. I'd like to think this is exactly the case, but how can I tell when I need time when I can't tell if I'm doing it right in the first place? It's hard to know if I'm on the right tracked when I am blind to my progress.

Relax…

So my current approach during sessions is to relax and do mostly nothing. Sort of meditative and focus on deep breathing. But I do a twist on it. I get bored quickly doing nothing. So what I do is concentrate on relaxing all of the muscles in my anus. This gives my mind something to do. And really helps to bring on the pleasure with little to no exertion.

This method really makes it clear to me how consciously taking control of the action generally reduces pleasure. Plus I like the idea and practice of not working, or exerting so hard to feel pleasure. It feels nice to just relax and allow the pleasure to come to you.

I haven't reproduced the super-O yet. But hope this approach will bring me closer.

Wow! Back to loving the Helix!

Hey People,

I had another session tonight. I decided I would try the Helix only tonight, as lately I've been into trying to relax, focus on breathing, and just breathing in general through whatever happens. Sort of the do nothing/meditative style of session. At least initially. That seems to be just the beginning part, and then from there it gets really hot and heavy! LOL

But I'm definitely liking the Helix all over again. I feel like I can get a better prostrate massage with less effort than the MGX. Although I do miss the ribbed stem on the MGX for the wonderful anal stimulation it provides.

Within a few minutes of insertion I started to have involuntary contractions. Being so used to the slimmer MGX lately. The Helix made me feel really full and snug back there. I had a whole bunch of really nice feeling mini-O's! Yay! I think I'm starting to understand what other users here have said about feeling like they are circling the drain towards super-O's. But haven't quite made it down the center yet.
